“We found RTO Materials very much by accident but I am happy we did. Not only were their resources a LOT cheaper (something important as we are self-funding our RTO), but they were always on hand to help you out even with unrelated questions about running an RTO. They are not only great and prompt on email but they will pick up the phone too. All in all, they have been a fantastic company to deal with in every way, shape, and form. If you are looking to start an RTO, I cannot recommend this organisation highly enough.”

“After an extensive search for quality training and assessment resources to kick of our brand-new RTO, we came across RTO Materials. Emily and Sarah were extremely patient with us due to a long lead up time in purchasing these resources. We chose RTO materials due to the excellent quality of the resources, the look and feel of the product, and ease of navigation of each component for our students. Pricing was very competitive, and the products provided excellent value for money. The support materials for trainers/ assessors and the suite of supporting documents included in the package ensures that our RTO resources are fully compliant and that gives us peace of mind. “Emily and Sarah at RTO Material have been fantastic in their customer service with very speedy turn arounds to answering my questions or providing an A+ service. Their prices are reasonable for what they are providing. My only thing that can a little frustrating is that the Performance Assessments are essentially a copy and paste of the Training Package requirements for the unit. There really is much thought in how participants can complete their assessments.”

“I teach Community Services and was daunted by having to revamp our old training and assessments. We decided to look into RTO Materials who provide the whole package, and at a reasonable price. Once we decided to purchase the resources, they were delivered to us via email within a couple of days. I was very pleasantly surprised with the units we received. The resources were easy to use for the trainer and the students. We were able to start using our materials quite quickly without having to change much. I like the Learner Evidence doc which helps students keep track of their own learning and performance against criteria required for the units. Any emails or concerns I have had, have been dealt with quickly. It was a very positive experience dealing with RTO Materials.”
