“We highly recommend RSF Bathrooms. Andy was most helpful and understanding re design of our renovated Bathroom. Along with Chris & Bobbie, they were very friendly with all the work done professionally. The 2 week job was started and finished on the expected days. At the end of each day they made sure everything was clean and tidy.”

“We were very pleased with the work done by RSF Bathrooms. We had a small bathroom that had not been updated, so getting a good new design and fit was very important. We came across RSF Bathrooms whilst driving past the Emerson Park area. The website gave us a good indication of the kind of work they do. We obtained many designs/ quotes from other companies. RSF came up with a design we loved. Andy at the office guided us through the options and arranged the work. The complete work was carried out by Dave and older Andy. The work started on the given date and was completed on time. We needed a complete refit from plastering, boarding, tiling, electrical work, etc. During the bathroom work, RSF kept the passages very neat and tidy. Best part was that they only brought the required items as and when they did they the work. All the staff we dealt with at RSF Bathroom were excellent. We were worried about not having a bathroom for several weeks but they did a great job and on time. We strongly recommend RSF Bathrooms. Fabian & Rita Fialho”

“Very impressed with RSF bathrooms. I contacted RSF Bathrooms by phone on Saturday 6th Nov to check the availability of a specific mixer tap. The owner took my call and confirmed that the tap was in stock. I ordered it online the same day and received delivery today 9th November. The tap itself is best quality and was very well protected in the package.”

“RSF were excellent with their range of products. The bathroom i was fitting took longer then usual, subsequently i hadn't opened all of the bathware within the 30 day period allowed for checking. Unfortunately there was scratch on one of the face plates. I called a few times and was really happy to speak to Rick the owner who was very understanding being a fitter himself. He didn't promise anything but contacted hansgrohe on my behalf regarding the damaged part, i was happy to pay for it, part pay or any situation really to receive the part needed to give my customer the quality finish they paid for. I received the replacement within a week and as promised Rick passed it on for what he was required to pay for it which was free on this instance. I cannot guarantee that everyone will receive parts for free, i however was extremely happy with my experience with RSF bathrooms and will definitely use them again. Excellent customer service, Fast response times, ALL ROUND 5 STAR. Beware of some online companies as some do not even have a phone number. RSF is non one of those. “You should always judge a company how it deals with issues and RSF have been brilliant. A simple mistake of sending a sink with a tap hole when we ordered one without. One call and an email and they sent someone same day to swap it out doing a 4 hour round trip, what service! Great comms through and make everything super easy! Will 100% use again!!!”

“Completely refurbishing bathroom and and down stairs toilet.... knew specifically which brand of shower ,shower tray, toilet cistern etc crosswater... had difficulty whilst phoning different companies to get all what we needed... however.. having found rsf bathrooms website it was quick and easy to use ... after making a phone call to them they were so helpful ,,even phoning crosswater direct whilst I was on the phone to reassure me that all that I needed could be with us in the time frame we had to give to the plumber who was already on site... I purchased all I needed online was given confirmation of the order and the next day I had a phone call to say that my delivery had arrived .... I had two options, to have it delivered or collection... we chose to collect... staff again very helpful. sent us around to the loading bay and assisted with the loading ... nice people to deal with definitely use again...thankyou Phil Hannah”

“Amazing customer service. We ordered a shower door from RFS in Emerson park. We ordered online and when we went to collect it from the showroom it did not fit in our car. RFS was willing to hold onto the door but actually offered to deliver to our home the very next day. Thank you very much! Have always had great helpful customer service from RFS. Would definitely recommend. From Mr & Mrs Cummings”

“Excellent service when I bought the bath waste, with speedy and thorough answers to my queries. After 18 months use, there was a fault with the bath waste which was guaranteed, so I contacted RSF, who replied immediately, and contacted the manufacturers on my behalf, who sent a replacement out via 24 hour delivery. Really excellent service from all parties. Highly recommended.”

“We are more than happy with our buying experience from RSF Bathrooms. All our questions were promptly answered so we feel we made the right choice with our shower doors .Very competitively priced arrived very promptly and a small damaged part ( badly packed in the factory ) was replaced immediately. We will be happy to purchase from RSF bathrooms again and would happily recommend them .”

“I think they are the best bathroom shop on internet. A lot of similar outfits are impersonal - that's I guess how they keep their prices low, but with RSF bathrooms I could always get someone on the phone to help me. They sorted a couple of problems quickly and without grumble, ie they did not look for a pretext not to help. Definitely recommended.”
