“Why has R&R turned the heating off? Went to look for a present for a friend but it was so cold I couldn't concentrate. Had to leave it. Will find somewhere warmer to shop!”

Hello Daniel, We are disappointed to read this review and apologise that you had a negative experience when ordering from our website. We appreciate that size guides for Shires products can be difficult to understand but we are always happy to offer advice on sizing. We do however, have a returns policy and like many other retailers, we unfortunately don't have the means to supply free returns (unless the item is deemed faulty).
