Starting with a store in Hemingbrough, North Yorkshire, we have since grown into Yorkshire’s largest equestrian and country superstore and have a second store at Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

“Cheaper price than others but still a quality product. Fairly fast delivery with FREE SWEETS ❤️ made my day!! Thanks R and R!! I love visiting in person and won’t hesitate to order online again. Only negative is the sale sticker which was on the box (F&F) can’t be removed so not ideal as a present 😬”

“Ordered the le mieux blue saddle pad and fly veil for my daughter for camp and although the transaction went through no saddle pad was sent but they still sent the fly veil which was useless on its own !”

“Wrong item sent. Phone call not returned and had to ring again. Photo wanted of item before information for return would be given. Photo sent within 10 minutes, but was the next day before I had any rrsponse. Not impressed.”

We do ask for photos of items sent in error in order to issue free returns, this is our company policy. Regarding the timeframe in which your email was responded to, as you can appreciate, we do get a huge amount of inquiries through email and not every one can be dealt with immediately - we note your email landed in the inbox at 16:17 and was responded to first thing this morning by a member of our team. “Quick delivery- ordered on Thursday, arrived on monday. Some issues with sale stock numbers resulted in not being able to fulfil my order completly- didnt offer a replacement as gesture of good will (ie an equivalent item), but prompt refund made.”

“Every time I order and the item is paid for and available on line a refund is later issued as the item is out of stock! Frustrating I think you need to fulfil your online orders before opening the stores and selling the stock !”

“My recent order was delivered quickly, u fortunately as some items were in the sale there was a mix up on stock levels and 2 items were refunded as they wernt available (these things happen), when i received the email saying this I replied asking for another item to be refunded as it was a set I didn’t want one without the other, they were fab and refunded it straight away which saved me the hassle of having to return the item when it arrived! Absolutely loved receiving my goods and the easy no hassle experience start to finish Highly recommend”
