“Ollie, Greig and the team offer service and support that is unrivalled by any Porsche dealership and have the sort of specialist knowledge and genuine enthusiasm that always make going there a great experience. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for sales or service/modification and have complete faith that my car comes back to me in better shape than than when I left it there (more than you can say for most OPC’s!)”

“Urgent fix needed to brake light switch to allow me to drive (911 2.2S) back to Germany safely. Turned up unannounced but was met with a very friendly reception and instantly one of their specialists stopped what he was doing to see if it could be repaired on the spot. It could and within the hour I was back on the road. As RPM is located very close to where I was brought up and where family still lives I will have no hesitation in using them for more significant work in future.”

“Amazing service!! I booked my cayman in for a minor modification and was treated to a first class service. You made it seem as as though it didn’t matter how much I spent I still got the same quality service. I paid about £50 to re code a steering wheel, but you made me feel the same as if I was buying a new car😂 Also felt as if I could trust your advice and that you would be honest with me. That’s not something that happens in many businesses these days. Great job👌”

“Service has always been good however the workshop can be busy. I dropped my car off on a pre-agreed date but still had to chase to pick it up three weeks later, so be warned. Bills are reasonable otherwise and work is always done well. Everyone very friendly and helpful.”

“The whole experience was very good. I was given a guided tour of the premises by your friendly receptionist and was very impressed. The service was done at a fair rate and to a good standard. “Excellent service, great value compared to main dealer. Friendly and very knowledgeable on all things Porsche. Happily worked with wifi in their lounge whilst car was serviced. I would also highly recommend them for buying and selling your vehicle!”

“Thoroughly recommend RPM. On this occasion, there was an issue with a previously changed part. The part was replaced again with no quibble, a couple of tyres were also replaced at the same time and the car nicely cleaned.”

“Outstanding experience as always at RPM Technik. My GT3 was recently serviced at RPM Technik. The team provided me a quotation for the work, carried out the service and some additional work which I had requested and provided a complementary wash and clean before handing my car back to me. I have been a RPM customer for only 6 months (this is my first Porsche) and my experience has been nothing but outstanding when dealing with Sales and Service; they focus on making the customer experience simply the best. “A positive experience from start to finnish. RPM got my car in a day early, diagnosed and fixed my problem first time, something that another porsche specialist was unable to do. Their diagnostic tools are really comprehensive and a real time saver. The workshop is spotless and more like an operating theatre!! Not the cheapest, but a cut above the rest in terms of overall service and quality of work.”

“Overall happy with the customer service, but trust has been broken for what is a reputable outfit. To my surprise, discovered previous major service on my 987 Boxster was not carried out to Porsche servicing schedule. Minor service just carried out to include additional servicing requirements previously missed only 2 years later, so was given slight discount on the cost. To my disappointment, few days later discovered couple small paint chips around the engine bay on rear tonneau panel, which were not there before.”
