“For the first time in nearly 40 years I let an MOT lapse and only reminded when a letter from the DVLA arrived. Zoe and the team at RPM managed to get me booked in within a few days and I was able to come over, enjoy looking around their new showroom and wait while my 2015, Boxster S was MOT'd. Great service as always guys. Thank you”

“Professional service. My vehicle was in for a 60k service, and having agreed a revised quote due to some of the scheduled work not being required, I attended RPM and chose to wait for the service to be carried out. Well looked after by the friendly staff. I asked for an opportunity to inspect my car when it was on the ramp And the technician was happy to oblige, giving me an chance to check for myself the condition of the under side and give me peace of mind. Vehicle was purchased from your sister company, Kallenhard, twelve months ago and has exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be using you in future.”

“Thank you for looking after my much loved 911E. It was my first visit, and was comfortably looked after in your new Showroom. The guys were happy to chat, and also show me what was going on with my car, and giving advice. It felt a lot better after treatment! Zoe was great company while I was waiting too, thank you. “You were recommended by a colleague. And I hear you have a good reputation from a friend in the trade. My experience as follows: 1. Poor communication, I had to chase you up to find out there was a backlog on parts. The service took two weeks, I should have been kept in the loop. Phone calls have not been returned. 2. Having had the car for two weeks, the service record wasn’t even completed. I’m sure the work carried out to your professional standards. I just felt like I had to chase up, especially as I spent £4500 on a service. Kind regards Paul Duckworth”

“I am new to the world of Porsche and found the customer service to be excellent, really nice to be welcomed when I arrived and knew I was coming, RPM I felt really wanted to do the best for me and my older 986, the reports are factual and it was great to be able to speak personally to the tech who worked on the car and discuss his option of the car and future work if any, yes there are slightly cheaper independent Porsche garage's but in my opinion as an engineer myself they were looking to do the best possible, keep up the good work”

“Really thought they did a stand up job and liked that the technician (Brendan) took time to meet me when I collected my car. Only thing I think could make it better for me personally would have been to call me to update me around certain parts being required or not. Whilst the bill was cheaper than expected I could have saved myself abit if of unnecessary worry! Oh and while the car was washed and cleaned, my windscreen had a few handprints inside (bizarrely).”

“From the moment I arrived at RPM Technik for my first viewing and test drive until long after I had my made purchase and had the car in my own garage, I was made to feel very much valued as an individual customer. The expert knowledge and passion of all the staff I met could not be questioned and it was clear that I was buying from a company with at least the same amount of passion for the marque as I have. I cannot fault the service I received - including excellent after sales support and I will have no hesitation in using RPM Technik for all my future servicing and workshop needs - as well as (hopefully!) future purchases.”
