“Bought a kettle soupaker from the website, very easy to do click and collect. Collected from Dereham branch. Took home, unpacked the item, not working, dead on arrival. Phoned Roy's, explained the problem, was quickly offered a refund or replacement. Picked up the replacement, was very impressed by the service given by the sales assistant. Took the replacement home worked perfectly, enjoying homemade soups already.”
