Parcel delivered late after 4 emails stating times 1 day no correspondence at all I ordered & paid for 2 items & only to be told only.one available Very poor service

I repeatedly contacted customer services to find out when the delivery would be, as the tracking code did not work. I was unable to narrow down the window of delivery to smaller than 7 days! In the end, it turned up by surprise quicker than expected, and as a result was left unattended in a open corridor of my building for a couple of days. This is what I wanted to avoid, hence my approaches to customer service.

Hi! 1) I purchased this radio because the reviews said great reception, I could get 4/5 DAB channels before, still the same! I could get decent FM broadcasts but now there’s to much interference even if I hold the aerial. 2) thorough the night when I try switching from iPod to FM the buttons are too complicated and now the on/off button goes into search mode! 3) the iPhone docking station is not made for iPhones, a) it’s hard to insert iPhone and it’s going to damage it very soon as I have to force it in. B) when docked I’m only able to access the top of the iPhone on/off button! I’ve persevered with this radio as you were good enough to replace it before when the buttons didn’t work correctly but I think this one is going same way, I’m not happy at all with the reviews as when I look in google at reviews they are completely opposite to yours for this radio which makes me think they are doctored! Can I please return this radio and get my money back, I don’t think a third radio would be any different? Gordon Burgess

Both saute pans were damaged, one very badly so. Since they had no original packaging, it is clear these were previous returns. Roys asked for photos then agreed to swap these out. Next day was told all the replacements for one of the pans were damaged, so they would swap out one and refund the other but they would be collected at different times. Since I only had one set of packaging, I requested that they collect both together and refund my money. I am still awaiting collection. Knowingly sending out faulty goods is a disgrace and they have no empathy with the customer. I will never deal with Roys again. I just hope I get my money back!

I ordered 4 bags of weber briquettes over 1 month ago and I have still not received 3 bags. There should be a 2-3 day delivery. I was told this had been resolved and more would be sent but they haven't been. I have emailed again today.

I am a regular buyer on on line. This is one of the hardest purchase I have made I think in few years. More than 11 days since I purchased still I didn’t get my item. Seems like no one cares. Even no bother to properly communicate with the client. More over as a customer I am trying to chase where is my item gone. Poor very poor service. Thanks

I ordered Westland Aftercut Patch Fix 30 Patch Box online but received a different product. I have since tried to contact Roys to discuss my order but all my calls have gone unanswered. Very poor.

I ordered a new blender last week and when it arrived it was clear it was a used item as it had mouldy food on the cable, damaged packaging, a creased instruction manual and had marks on some of the parts. I sent an email but have yet to receive a response. Poor service all round.

We are terribly sorry to see your order has arrived in this condition. We would like to offer an exchange of this item where our courier will do a “swap-out” this is where they collect the item you have and deliver a brand new one out to you at the same time. We can do this for as soon as tomorrow if this is suitable? We look forward to hearing from you. However we never received a reply. I ordered an item which arrived damaged and not suitable to give as a gift. I then phoned up and spoke to someone regarding this order, I received an apology and was informed the replacement item would be shipped after the bank holiday ensuring it would arrive in time for when I would need it. I appreciated this was very efficient they considered asking for the timing. After the bank holiday I recieved an email stating when it had comes time to send my item that it was no longer in stock. Fair enough I recieved a refund but now didnt have enough time to seek a replacement item from elsewhere. I would have appreciated to have been told on the phone call that there would be no replacement and giving me extra time to find an alternative gift. In the end I was very disappointed from the service I recieved.

I am still waiting for my delivery a week later. The delivery company apparently can’t carry such a heavy item and wanted me to help with this! Allegedly it is going to arrive on a 2 person delivery this afternoon. If it doesn’t I’ll be requesting a refund! The pool chemicals that arrived were badly packed and the chlorine tablets had fallen out into the box. I breathed in the dust which made me feel unwell. Not planning to order from Roys again I’m afraid, definitely need to review the delivery company.

dont picture both salt and pepper on google when the purchase is only for the salt.cant be on my ownnin making this mistake so get it sorted or are you intentionally ripping people off ???

On arrive the goods were incomplete, I tried to telephone the help line & each time I got through I was cut off. In desperation I telephoned the manufacturers, where a very helpful customer services young lady went out of her way to post the missing parts which arrived very promptly. Nil points for Roys 8 out of 10 for T & G the manufacturers (they got it wrong but sorted it out well). I would not use Roys online again.

Your site said order before midnight on the day of my order to ensure delivery before Christmas. That is specifically why I ordered from your company. My order was not delivered until the Wednesday AFTER Christmas. To compound matters further the courier said it had been in their depot since the Saturday before Christmas but they were not allowed to deliver it??? I don't know who is really to blame here but as my order was with your company the ultimate responsibility for it being delivered on time as promised on your website must be yours.

Thank you for your review. It seems there has been some confusion here, our website stated orders placed before 12pm on the 21st would be delivered before Christmas, by which we meant midday, not midnight. Your order was placed at 8:16pm and so would not have been processed until the next day. Our courier collects items from us in the afternoon, and takes them to a processing depot that evening, they are then delivered on the next working day (Mon-Fri) which is why the courier would have had the item in their depot on the Saturday but it was not delivered until the Wednesday. The estimated delivery date for orders placed after 12pm (noon) on the 21st was Thursday the 28th so by having your item delivered on the 27th it was actually earlier than we would have expected. We accept that the wording of 12pm may be confusing and different people will interpret this as either midnight or midday and apologise for any convenience caused. We understand how important it is to our customers that items arrive before Christmas and so we changed our normal cut-off time from orders from 1pm to 12pm to allow extra time for processing and packing, we did not expect this to be interpreted as midnight. Good Morning Regarding your order placed with us, due to the driver not being able to access the building the driver has been unable to deliver your parcel, additionally as it has been rearranged so many times, they have now issued a new consignment number – this will be attempted on Monday 24th April for you, with a text delivery window coming to you on the day.
