“The worst delivery company
They lie about order being refused (they know saying no one at home will mean they have to drop PROOF they were there) Before I order I ask every company I want to order from who they use and if they say RM I tell them I cant order from them as they are using the worst providers. I tell them they can either change to a different provider who risk keep losing more customers.”
“Had message to say you had attempted to deliver parcel but failed. I was home at the time mentioned. No card left. It’s now at depot which I can’t get to due to work.”

“Jiffy bag sent by seller Royal Mail 48. It arrived 7 days later. Neighbours confirmed mail had not been delivered in the area for a few days. Dreadful service. I ordered item in time to send with someone to the US.”

“Failure, lies, incompetence, lack of communication , service and respect. Tracked parcel wasn't delivered. Called after 10 days to hear it was withheld due to insufficient postage. Then was told I had to wait for a 'green card' to be delivered with additional costs. Filed a written complaint, then received word the (tracked) package was lost. Utter incompetence!”

“This company just gets worse and worse. No matter how many times you complain the issues just keep on happening. All the good people are leaving Royal Mail because they have had enough and more and more people who can’t speak English who don’t care about customer service are making Royal Mail a shocking company. I just wish someone like DPD or UPS would take over Royal Mail and fix it. It is 100% broken and have no good words to say about them.

Left a card didn’t knock door walked away with parcel threw it in the van I chased the postman and he denied he tried to deliver it even though I had a card. Then he said it was a different postman. Disgrace. Vans speeding at high speed and a housing estate driving in the wrong side of the road.”
