“I have a spiritual gift shop Angelic Awareness in the Luton Market and asked the angels for a good solution to my shutter failure to find the right repair company. This was the only company that didn’t ask me for £250 in cash before or not even having looked or come out to see my shutter or request £140 plus VAT with no staff to send me or £95 per hour for just a quote or prior to even looking. The situation was stressful enough as at the time my shop stock was unsecured, without people taking advantage. This company was recommended to me by another another shutter company from London. The quote was free as their staff were in The Mall, Luton at the time, whom they were assisting that day and as I’m in the market around the corner, a staff came and quoted for free. Anyway The Mall are very fussy and as they are working in there it gave me hope. The quote was a very reasonable cost compared with what other traders had been charged and I felt confident to go ahead. As a new customer i paid for the job upfront before it proceeded. A part was ordered and a repair commenced and the job went smoother (said a prayer as well) due to the fact it was done from the top of the shutter, so it did not have to be removed and put back on again. A very professional company, polite and other traders in the market asked for the details. I have passed the company details to the Luton Indoor Market Managers as requested by them as there are a lot of shutters there. I am grateful for the prompt help and would recommend this company.”

“In a world where we generally only hear complaints and negative feedback, I thought I would buck the trend and mention what a great job your guys did on our repair recently. Arrived, got on with the job, with minimum disruption to my business and completed it perfectly. They also took the time to demonstrate the correct operation of the new switching they fitted. Genuinely a pleasure to deal with and in my opinion a credit to your company. We had several people look at the issue with our roller shutter who gave me all the reasons under the sun why it couldn't be done. Royal Ind Doors took a different route and told me how it could be done and then went on to exactly what they said they would do while also remaining competitive on price. Great service all round. Please pass on my comments and thanks to your engineers that attended site.”

“Our garage door is our gateway to repairing the people of Luton and surrounding areas vehicles. Luckily It failed shut but we knew no reason why! We were recommended Royal Garage Doors by another local business. After contacting them by email on the Sunday evening. Early Monday morning, we received a polite phone call to say one of their managers would visit and assess our site's problems. Steve arrived midday and although we were expecting to be sold a complete new door as ours was 7-8 years old. He could see that it just needed removing first and checking for broken parts, (and whilst this was being done). Then the failed parts being replaced with new. Understandably, he could not quote without correct diagnose. We agreed and he arranged a team of two door technicians to visit on the Tuesday. They carried out the needed work of replacing a brake and new electric motor. Setting up the doors controls so it worked correctly and cleared their work-site clear and clean. Turn over- quick same day. Our business could now resume operate, at this time with no mention of cost! Wednesday we received a email with Royal garage doors invoice for their workmanship and parts used. The charges were very reasonable as there was no cemented deal agreed before work commenced. The quality of service very high. The team polite, knowledgeable and professionally equipped with tooling. Five stars, ten out of ten rating given. We would definitely recommend Royal garage doors. “Called out Royal Industrial Doors to repair our school fire shutter. They came out very promptly following my request for a quotation. The engineers attended, clearly knew what they were looking at, carried out repairs on site there and then. Luckily no parts were needed. The engineers were very professional and courteous at all time and respected the school environment. We will be a returning customer.”

“This company recently completed 2 jobs for me - a small bar shutter and 6m electric industrial shutter. Both jobs were completed on time, to spec, and on cost. Excellent 2 jobs, cannot fault, fully recommend.”

“Met James Cullen today and he genuinely went the extra mile after yet again the wrong sized lock plate had been supplied. Picked up a lot of useful information regarding maintenance. The engineers seem to only get limited information and communication with the office could be a lot better. I’ll leave my enquiry a week but then I have to start chasing for appointments. Pricing wise it would be nice to be a bit cheaper although on the whole the prices seem fair.”

“Was in big trouble last night with door shutters jammed. Managed to get hold of someone 11pm who organised a visit for 7.30am the next morning. The lads that turned up were incredibly helpful, professional and patient. Not only did they get the shutters operating again they did it with a smile. Top guys top people. Highly recommended!”

“The shutter to our garage had been temperamental for some time until one morning, it failed completely. Desperate, we called Royal Industrial Doors for help and they turned up within 30 minutes to help. The shutter was fixed by lunchtime to a high standard and the price was very reasonable considering it was pretty much an emergency! I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Industrial Doors.”
