“Thank you Routemaster Hire for a superb day out and being congenial hosts for my full bus load of guests for my 60th Birthday. You have been helpful and informative since the time I booked 15 months prior and on the day were helpful, relaxed, punctual and accommodating. My expectations of how good such an outing could be with such a historic vehicle were met 100%. I would thoroughly recommend Routemaster Hire Ltd for your event. David. August 2023.”

“Had lots of issues with this company when the pandemic hit, however they had our deposit so we continued to use them for our postponed wedding in 2023. Once again to start with great customer service. On the big day the bus driver refused to stay for photographs as he had another booking, therefore me and my husband did not get any photographs at all with the bus, I didn’t even see my wedding names on the bus. When I brought this up after our wedding I got absolutely no where not even an apology. Such a bad service… I never leave bad reviews but I was appalled at the total lack of care they had! Even though we paid extra for this and it was on our paperwork.”

“We were initially very excited to work with RouteMaster, they had some of the best prices and seemed very helpful. That was until the pandemic hit one month after we signed our contract, which meant postponing our wedding. Jennie refused to work with us on providing a refund of our deposit because “they’re a family business and are suffering from the pandemic” which was fair, we were all suffering and so we would work together on our new date. One year later. Except that, once our new date was confirmed as safe to move ahead with, then they didn’t have a vehicle available and wouldn’t provide a refund of our deposit. Clearly, as they had no vehicle available they could refund our deposit as they were suffering financial loss after all. But they chose to keep the deposit. This was shocking behaviour given the circumstances and appalling when you consider how the industry pulled together during the pandemic. Would not recommend them.”

“Very professional, easy to deal with, and punctual (clearly important for a wedding). Jennie was on the ball throughout the process. Would recommend the company to anybody looking to provide transport for guests at their wedding.”

“Jennie was really helpful and reassuring in the build up to the day. The buses turned up in plenty of time and everyone was super excited by them. They were clean, beautiful and everyone involved was warm, welcoming and fun. We had people telling us all day that the buses added a really nice touch to our wedding. Thanks so much again!”

“The service we received from Routemaster Hire Ltd was second to none. The communication with Jennie in the office beforehand was prompt and efficient; the beautiful and very clean bus arrived early and the conductor texted me to tell me they were outside. The delegates at the conference LOVED their ride through London and thought the guide was hilarious. All in all absolutely brilliant all round and would definitely recommend and use them again!”

“We treated our international partners to a two hour guided bus tour of London. The RouteMaster team were very knowledgeable, informative and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We got to see most of the major sights! I would recommend it!”
