“I put my watch in for a battery change. I was told it would be ready in 7 days. That was 14 days ago I called this morning and was told I would be called back with an update I did not get a call back and when I made another enquiry I was told to call back on Monday. If there is an issue why was I not informed, if you can't get the replacement battery why was I not informed. Customer service does not seem to mean much . I am very disappointed. £150 is a lot of money and I expect better service. I will not use your service again”

“They did an excellent job repairing the bracelet clasp on my watch and servicing it. Half the price of returning it to Switzerland! I thoroughly recommend them”

“I am a visitor to London and my watch stopped working. I found Ross Watch repairs online and went to their store in The Shard Arcade but it was closed. I emailed them and a staff member replied - and came across town to open the store just to repair my watch! Now that’s brilliant service!! Thank you.”

“29th November 2023 - I was in the process of disposing of my Baby-G Casio watch after having the battery replace by a previous company, however when I took it to Ross Watch Repairs, they fix the issue and I am pleased to have my watch working. The service was excellent and prompt.”

“Ross have maintained an aged watch of great sentimental value for the last 3 years. Their efforts have kept it going and corrected attempted repairs by other watchsmiths. Prompt service at reasonable cost for cleaning,new battery and case seal.”

“After dropping my Tissot watch and offsetting the dial, I was worried it would be a very expensive repair job. Ross Watch Repair fixed it, along with the strap, battery and resealed it for just £125. Only took a day. Excellent service and awesome staff. Highly recommend!”

“Great service! I came to pick up my watch because I was told that my bracelet can't be repaired I felt really disappointed because this watch has sentimental meaning as I bought it years ago in Tokyo. I even started to look for new belt to replace my bracelet. I was lucky that Craig was working that day and he said that he will take a second look and unbelievable happened! He fixed it in 5 minutes! You are amazing Craig and you made my day! Thank you so much again! I will definitely recommend your service! Thank you RWR.”

“Sent last year for a battery change. Watch returned working but after a few weeks stopped. Returned watch and was informed that the new vastly improved batteries they were using had an issue with the mechanism of my watch. (Mine cannot be the only one). I agreed to have the watch overhauled. Having not heard anything from them for months, I enquired if my watch had been lost. I was informed it hadn't but that it had to be sent to Cartier. I should have been informed of this. In May 2023, a reply to my email concerning whereabouts of my watch, I was informed, that I would be contacted when they had any information. I have repeatedly emailed and used WhatsApp to contact them but they do not have the decency to reply. I am wondering if my watch is lost.”
