“With lockdowns this past year it has been impossible to have my watch serviced and battery change and I was hating being without my watch...... so I googled EBEL Sport watch service and found Ross Watch Repairs. I was very apprehensive but I read all the comments, emailed and texted the contact points and to my surprise I received immediate replies. Everyone was very helpful and I duly followed the instructions to arrange special Royal Mail Special delivery and insurance. I was informed it had arrived and amazingly 4 days later it was returned, working perfectly and looking as new. I would recommend RWR without hesitation for their professional and very personal service. I will use this service again Elaine . Birmingham”

“They are so efficient! Kept in touch and informed me of the progress of my repairs. Pleasant staff on the telephone. Very impressed with the speed in which my watch was repaired and returned to me! I would recommend this company every time! Don’t use the rest, this company is the best! Ok”

“I've been dealing with Ross Watch Repair since 2017 and find their services first class and ultra dependable. Their communication is excellent and their attention to detail is brilliant. My wife and I own several - what to us are - valuable timepieces and we would nowadays trust them to nobody else whenever they might need servicing and or deep cleaning.”

“I had a very good experience with Ross Watch Repairs. As instructed by email I sent my watch off special delivery and received an email acknowledging receipt the next day. Two days later I was informed that the watch was ready and it arrived through my door two days after that. So a prompt, helpful and courteous service. I give 4 stars, not 5, only because I would hope in normal times not to pay my local jewellers as much as I paid in this instance, but of course I might be disappointed!”

“I was delighted with the service I received from Ross Watch Repairs. I sent my watch off for a new battery to be fitted on the Friday and received confirmation on Saturday they had received it. The watch was returned to me in good working order on the Monday. At each stage they kept me informed of their progress and I cannot think of any way they could improve their excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.”

“I'm full of praise for Ross Watch Repairs. I had used their services before when they were based within the Tunbridge Wells shopping centre but when the battery in my watch failed recently I didn't know what to do as obviously all shops were shut for Covid. I looked up RWR's website and found that they did a mail order service. Their service is excellent, efficient and courteous. I would strongly recommend their services.”

“Brilliant service! I sent my watch by special delivery on a Friday; they acknowledged safe receipt the next day, and later the same day confirmed the works had been done, and that my watch was being sent back special delivery, and I received it back on Tuesday morning. I felt I was well looked after, and received a personal service. Will definitely use again and will recommend! Thank you!”
