I thought the castors are of poor to average quality, expensive for the product given its lack of quality.

We ordered 29mm brown castors and received the wrong size. We contacted you and you agreed to send the correct size which arrived a few days later. Unfortunately the replacement castors had white wheels rather than the brown. We have now left a message as it is the Easter weekend and await the outcome.

Placed an order online as the website suggested stock, but was then told parts were out of stock and would be some weeks on backorder. I waited and after chasing was told of further delays but then offered a part-shipment which I accepted. The part shipment was never dispatched and eventually, some days later the full shipment arrived. This one small part caused delays in our completing the assembly of our products. Email communication throughout was slow and not very responsive.

Speedy delivery, but sadly they sent me the wrong part ! I ordered a 50mm M10 hand know and they sent me a 60mm M12. I will try to make use of this one but no ideal.

Puncture resistant tyre for ride on mower arrived miss-shaped. No way a diy-er would be able to fit this, even with tension straps. Had to use an inner tube to force it onto the rim - £6 wasted. Not happy, as packer would have known about it - no way did it get linked in uk transit.

We ordered the parts, paid then received an email saying out of stick for 3 weeks woukd have been nice if we were told when ordering !!

Castors ordered and paid for, including next day delivery, as they were urgently required were not supplied - Obviously a "picking error" - No compensation only a credit for the difference in cost.

We regret to hear that the castors that were ordered and paid for with next day delivery that were needed urgently, were not supplied correctly. It seems to have been a picking error which unfortunately at times do occur. We of course would have been more than happy to rectify the issue and get the correct castors out to you but i understand they were needed urgently. A refund was issued to ensure you had no over payed from the castors and we send our sincere apologies about the mix up.

I wanted four top hats for two wheelbarrow wheels, when the items said 2+ £1.25 I assumed that if I clicked 2in the quantity box I would get four and they described it as top hats as more than 1 but they were £1.25 each and I only got 2 with a delivery pcrice of around £8 which is criminal very confusing

Not as ordered. Ordered 600 twin wheeled castors online, (TW5001 M10X15) no brake, m10 threads. Said in stock, 2 day delivery. 2 days pass and no wheels. Phoned to find out what was happening. Was told they didn't have enough in stock.(?). Told them I would have what they have got, but I needed them next day delivery. Was told that they probably couldn't get them put together intime. I said send me the wheel s and I will put the M10 threads in myself I really need them next day, this was on 2/6/2023. OK i was told. The next day NO WHEELS. Finally got the wheels and threads on Tuesday 6/6/2023. Not Happy as needed them for the weekend to get orders ready for delivery. Ended up with 251 wheels unbraked (which I asked for) and 49 wheels braked (that I did not ask for) enough threads for 251 and then and assortment of 42 wrong threads. Phoned up and asked what was happening and I would now need 49 more castors with the thread in them. Not sure when these arrived but the arrived at the invoice address and not the delivery address, I have not opened the box because we forgot to bring them to work but I am assuming that they are ok. Still waiting for the 300 rest of order. What do I do with the ones I do not need or ordered, I am not going to pay postage to send them back, if you send me a returns postage then you can have them back. When will I get rest of order.

The wheel I ordered was advertised as having a 16mm axle bore. In practice it turned out to have a 15mm Axle bore, necessitating me to source an axle from elsewhere instead of using the old one. I have kept the wheel, as it is the closest match to the old wheel I was replacing. Price and delivery were OK

Placed an order for 4m lengths of 25mm box sections with jointers. Was supposed to arrive within 2 days. After the 3rd day I emailed asking where my order was. Got an email back that was blatant BS that the courier hadn't done anything with it since collecting it and was told it would be re dispatched. Strangely enough turned up the very next day. Product itself was very good.

Thank you for your feedback. The parcel was returned to us from DPD due to address issues when the order was placed online. We have resent the parcel which has caused the delay however it is due for delivery to you today. Apologies about the issues and i hope this eliminates your concerns.

I finally found somewhere to get wheelchair castors so I ordered online with nextday delivery. Then decided I need it quicker so I call and get it for a pre 10:30 delivery. All was going well with the ordering and the sales team were excellent on the phone. Overnight I check and still being processed. On calling I am told items not in stock but can get delivery soon as it comes in to which I agree. The order is processed the next day and shipped for delivery. Still shown as next day nit pre10:30. I am told by sales it should be pre delivery but it goes past 10:30 no delivery until 1417 to 1517. So I call to get my refunded payment for updated delivery and sales team no problem apologised and refunded. I now get emails form sales with pdf invoices demanding I'm due money. I email sales staff and told something wrong on there side and will check it out etc....no further update. In simple terms ...if an item is shown online its taken as in stock...and the error between warehouse, posting, and invoices shouldn't be happening. Also need to liase with DPD on pre 1030 delivery in Scotland as my area doesn't do deliveries until after 1230 once it leaves depot. Would I buy again....unknown...

Hi steve, I am sorry to hear you have not had a positive experience with us on this occasion. Unfortuanlty there was a stock issue with the item you ordered which we informed you of as soon as we were made aware by our warehouse team. We of course tried to rectify the issue asap for you and managed to get the stock in from our supplier and sent out to you quicker than expected. Sadly on occasions these issues do arise, We have fully refunded all shipping costs and i have spoken with accounts to ensure that no monies are owed on your account. Again i send my sincere apologies and do hope that you can have a better experience with us if you have any future requirements.

Bought castors and inserts - I hasten to add that it’s the first time I have ever had to order such items. Ordering process was easy and delivery was really quick - next day (but paid for 48hr). Sadly, what let you down was that nobody at your end picked up the fact that I’d ordered castors with an 8mm hole but inserts with a 10mm bolt. When I spoke to you there was no offer of assistance other than I had to re-order. Yes I ordered the incompatible parts but can’t help feeling that you’re the experts and perhaps someone should have queried the order. Disappointed.

Hi Bill, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, on occasions orders do slip through when customers order components that are not compatible with each other, of course, we would always like to advise when this is noticed. We get high levels of order daily and sadly on this occasion, we did not pick on this. An email with weblinks to suitable products was sent to you as soon as the issue was raised with us to make the reordering process as easy as possible.

I ordered a wheelbarrow axle- 20mm X 127mm\ What was delivered, at odds with the dispatch note was 20 X 100mm. I phoned at 0900 and was promised a callback.by Dispatch. I received no such call. When I did speak to someone. after I phoned, for the third time at 1630 I was put through hoops- photos and explanation. This was done. As of now I have received no reply. Put simply I want to return the incorrect item, at your expense and get a full refund as I have now sourced the correct part. I have to say your customer support falls far short of what I expected.
