“It was probably my mistake but I didn't realise that there were no small screws included in the castors I bought. A large screw is but with the old chair I had, I needed to have the four small screws. Having said that, not too hard to get hold of and the delivery was fast and all good.”

“We ordered 29mm brown castors and received the wrong size. We contacted you and you agreed to send the correct size which arrived a few days later. Unfortunately the replacement castors had white wheels rather than the brown. We have now left a message as it is the Easter weekend and await the outcome.”
