“Sold me a faulty car and won't return my calls. It will cost £2000 to repair issue with clutch. Avoid at all cost. They deserve no stars and to go out of business”

“DO NOT BUY FROM ROSEMARY CAR SALES!! They are dishonest!! I bought a car from them a year ago, since purchasing the car I have found out that the air conditioning does not work and the air conditioner condenser is very badly damaged, the left hand side brake light does not work, the fog lights do not working, the middle exhaust rubbers are split, the right hand side suspension springs are broken, and the rear and front wipers are so worn so could not actually be used! I have had to have all the above repaired at vast expense even though my vehicle was under warranty. I tried to tell Rosemary Car Sales about these problems, but they were extremely rude to me and have not answered my calls since the initial complaint call. One week after purchase I had a flat tyre, which again I tried to tell Rosemary Car Sales about and was spoken to very rudely. When I called the AA to assist me I was advised that I needed 4 x new tyres as the tyres that were sold to me were very worn! Two weeks after purchase the right hand side wheel arch came off! Again I complained and again nothing was done!! Then to top off everything, today I went to have my MOT done, only to be told that my previous MOT given by Rosemary Car Sales had been falsified and that the vehicle should never have passed MOT!!! These people who run this business are a bunch of theives!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!”

“Bought a vehicle. Went wrong a couple of weeks later. It was only after threatening to do a chargeback on the credit card and letting them keep the vehicle they repaired it under warranty although we still had to pay £300 for the clutch. Today I get a parking ticket they incurred while they were in possession of the vehicle”

“Worst experience of my life!! This dealer took advantage of the fact that I was a woman. I bought a car at £1300, missing speakers small speakers and 2hrs after driving it away, it broke down, my partner called RAC and turned out the battery was flat so I paid an extra £100 for a new battery. 2 months later, I had to fix the cluth, the break pads, the windshields AND the mechanic told me I had to replace the suspension which would cost me £600. I called the dealership back to explain all this and told them I wanted my money back after driving away 2hrs but they hung up on me and never bothered to deal with the issues. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!”

“I bought a car from them last year in october. After few months I had some problems with the car, but not this is worst. After I fix it I’ve tryed to find full history of this car and I was shocked when I’ve realised the milleage was changed 13k miles back. So normally I bought the car at 72k miles but the real milleage was 85k. Check the cars when buy it from them, they change the milleage to have a bigger prices for the cars.”

“Terrible experience! After two weeks car completely broken down! As this was done by finance they had to try to fix it. Tried three times and failed each time! Took service book and never returned it. Do not buy! They have many faulty cars and are very unreliable!”

“We bought a car from Rosemary Car Sales, the car had problems by day 3 and the cost to fix it was £1500+. We asked to return the car as it was not of satisfactory quality for the amount we paid (£13,500), and they flatly refused. We are taking the car dealer to court for this, as under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, we are totally within our rights to return a car that has had undisclosed damage when we bought it. Do not trust this car dealer, save yourself the trouble I now have to go through and shop elsewhere!!!!!!”

“If you are looking waste your time then please go here. I booked an appointment for 10:30am. And I was told by one person that the car got sold yesterday at 6pm and then another person on the phone says it got sold at 10am. I said the car has not moved as I can see marks on the brake disks. The lady who was on the phone was "very smart" to say some customers dont like to test drive a used car before buying!. You would not get a good instinct when you enter this place. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.”
