Delivery was quick and punctual and we were kept informed throughout and given a 2h delivery slot which was very convenient. However description of the goods were not clearly stating the use of cheap materials.

The service was good, they rang ahead of delivery. The only issue is poor product description and quality of bed structure and therefore I would not have purchased based on what I received vs what was advertised

The bed itself is fantastic, however the communication in terms of letting customers know of delivery dates can be improved. I received no email to say the bed had been despatched, I called and emailed about 4 times to ask when my bed would be delivered and they just kept saying its with the distribution company and they will call up to check. No one got back to me with an update to inform me of the current situation, waited over the 5 working day delivery promise which ended up taking 10 working days!

We are truly sorry that delivery was longer then anticipated this was due to an issue with the courier team we were using damaging this range whilst in transit so we wanted to ensure your bed arrived to you in perfect condition which meant we had to use a different courier team which meant delivery was a little longer. I like the room to grow beds, which are fantastic and look so good and are sturdy. However, their lights aren't great for the price. It may just have been that I had a faulty one first time but they are so environmentally unfriendly, with the only option to bin the entire thing and buy another one as they don't have replacement bulbs or other parts. I also found their customer service bizarre. I just missed out on the 1 year warranty when the first light died and we used another light. I got back in contact with them after a further year to enquire about a replacement light and they informed me the warranty has since been extended to 2 years but that I have now missed out on that! They kindly offered me £3.50 discount on a new light but when I replied to say I'd appreciate they reconsider refusing me a replacement under warranty seeing as my initial enquiry was within two years they DIDN'T EVEN REPLY. It seems to be a fairly childish customer service to simply ignore a question they find difficult; entering into a discourse and providing their reasons is how an adult resolves disagreements through discussion. Beds are great though!

The actual bed was of good quality with helpful instructions to make it. The delivery service was appalling and as it came in several boxes took 2 weeks for all the boxes to be delivered therefore meaning I could not make the bed until it had all been delivered and had to find somewhere to store some of the boxes before the rest came. I was very disappointed with the delivery side of it so recommend a different delivery service.

This wasn?t my first purchase with Room to Grow, I had previously bought a cabin bed for my granddaughter and it was a great success, so much that others had also made purchases of beds once it was seen. I thought it would be great for my grandson but, although the measurements were okay it dominated the room too much. So, as a warning to others, be very mindful of this. It was apparent that we were not the first to have done this as the response when contacting the company was that others then decided to sell it on privately. The bed was partly assembled and because of this we were reimbursed effectively, after collection costs, just £49. The price originally was £199. It was returned well packed in the boxes it arrived> As much as we appreciate that it had been taken out of the box I would be very interested to know what happens to these items that are returned. Hopefully to a charity.

We are sorry the bed did not fit your room. Once you have built the bed we are not able to offer a full refund as we do not sell any second hand beds, hence the suggestion to sell privately as it is a popular model and a great bed. The online chat was very helpful. The delivery booking was a bit confusing as I didn't get a confirmation email that the delivery was booked. However the delivery arrived as booked and the delivery guys were really helpful.

It?s a difficult one. The bed turned up without the mattress, although the mattress was in the same warehouse as the bed. Anyway the customer service was great, thanks Heather and all has been sorted and the bed is lovely. Apart from a mark on one end, unfortunately it looks like a rust mark. Daughters happy with it.

Communication before placing an order was fantastic, queries quickly responded. Order placed and it was a shame that the bedroom set ordered had to come from 2.separate warehouses. Wardrobe arrived with over 250 pieces just in 1 bag, nothing was divided up. Had to wait over a week for the other bedroom furniture after calling up to query delivery. To find out the delivery team were in the area and should of offered a delivery time. Shame that the delivery wasn't as smooth as ordering especially when the furnitute is of great quality and pleased with our products.

Love the bed! Just not white as stated, it?s more a off white creamy colour so it doesn?t match the rest of his furniture unfortunately. & didn?t leave spear screws. But the bed is perfect apart from that , so thank you

The ordering on line was straight forward but delivery a nightmare. Only deliver Monday to Friday 9-5. Can?t choose a slot. Instead you get allocated a slot the week before and can accept or decline. After weeks of trying to get a slot I could do I have up and had to take half a day off work to get delivery.

Poor delivery service (third attempt) from the supplier of the bed I ordered and various defects with the product. However on raising my complaint room to grow we're very helpful and friendly and I will be ordering from them again. I got my delivery refunded and a small refund from the cost of the bed.

Room to Grow needs to be clearer on their website as to which products are in or out of stock. My daughter rang and was told items were in stock, that when I ordered the next day, turned out not to be.

It took a very long time to receive our delivery. It took me contacting customer services and then I had a call to book delivery the next day. So presumably I had been forgotten.

The company didn?t deliver when they said they would. It was annoying because I took time off work to wait in for the delivery

The bed I bought comes in two cartons. One has arrived and the other one hasn't about two weeks after purchase. What am I supposed to do with a bed base but no bed!?

Super easy and straight forward saves a lot of time/hassle. Took the two man team most of the morning to assemble and some parts were damaged but they identified all the damage to me and arranged for these to replaced (took about 2weeks)

After ordering a new bed i got a phonecall a couple days later from a delivery driver telling me the delivery would be late as he had too many that day?! I waited and waited. Then 2 hours later i had an email to say the bed had been delivered?? The signiture also looked as though the driver had tried to scribble something like my first name. The next day i called the company and asked what was going on, they told me they had a new tracking system and had problems all week. Didn't really sound like the truth, could have been miscommunication between driver etc. Just feel it could have been dealt with better, rather than me worrying where my £300 bed had disappeared to! Bed is of superb quality and my son is over the moon. Product amazing, service could have been better.
