“Lovely design and colour, classic and sturdy whilst also modern so fits with my style. Shame we had a few marks and scrapes on the pieces and we did let you know, but we’re keen to get the bunk beds built and being used rather than start exchanging and waiting for certain pieces to arrive.”

“For the price of their products multiple holes didn't line up for the screws. The company took payment and only delivered one out of 3 boxes (the ladder) then said I'd have to wait 5 weeks for the rest of it because it wasnt in stock, how ever online it stated that it was in stock. Overall the experience i had using the company wasn't the best. Expected much better service considering the value of the product i ordered. Would never use again.”

We are so sorry we let you down and not all your boxes were delivered and then delayed due to stock issues. This is not the experience we expect for our customers and this of course should not happen. Sincere apologies, RTG

“Absolutely fantastic experience start to finish. Quick delivery so my kids had their new beds in time for Christmas. Bed is super sturdy and really secure, it's amazing I wish I had a bed like this when I was little!”

“We have had an awful time trying to get a mid sleeper bed delivered after buying it and waiting for it to come into stock. The bed came in multiple boxes. First we were sent two of the same box and some of the boards had damage on them. The company did let us keep the repeated second box in order to replace the damaged parts that came in the first box. When we tried to get the correct box sent, another incorrect box was delivered. The correct box was finally sent but the whole thing took three weeks. When I asked RoomtoGrow for some compensation for the inconvenience (we had cleared our child’s bedroom and set aside a weekend to build the bed which we then couldn’t do) they blamed the errors on the delivery company and offered to refund us the delivery charge which was less than £10.”

We are so sorry they were issues with your delivery and a mis-pick at the warehouse. It seems there was some confusion with which replacement box was required. We do not want our customers to have a negative experience and our team work very hard to rectify any issues if they go wrong. “Great bed. My son loves it. Easy to put together. The only negative is the slide could look better. But this will get a lot of use so wouldn’t have looked new for long!! V happy. Great delivery and easy to order.”

“The cabin bed I bought for my grandson is perfect, he loves it. It was very easy to put together but we were short of 2 packets of screws but my son purchased them from screw fix. The drawers are a good size. Delivery was excellent & customer service was helpful as I called to change the mattress I originally ordered as you was waiting for it to come back in stock. Very pleased, thankyou”

“We bought two Premium Pocket Sprung Mattress European Single (90x200cm) for £232.00. Not worth it at all, the mattresses are high in the middle and slope downwards towards the sides. Kids have fallen down many times now. Also customer service was inadequate and delivery was late, nobody seemed to know where the goods were before they were eventually delivered. Will not purchase again from this company.”
