Room to grow were great from start to finish. After having a bad experience elsewhere, I did lots of research about this company and they exceeded my expectations. Delivery came quicker than expected and was communication was great.

Delighted with my purchase of a single bed with trundle bed underneath. Very good quality and it looks perfect in my grandchildren's bedroom. Delivery was a little slower than I had expected but the trundle bed mattress was out of stock. Excellent customer service from Chloe and Stacey. When we discovered that a part was missing from the trundle bed, they very quickly dealt with the issue and the parts arrived a few days later. All in all a very happy online shopping experience.

Was not happy with the quality of a product, so I wanted to return it, however I was told I have to pay for the return shipping. It’s a large box. Not happy with my experience to be honest. The product was also shipped out to me late and I was not updated about whether it has been dispatched and so forth. I attempted to cancel the order before delivery (it has been stated on the website that orders can be cancelled before delivery has been made), but I was told I have to just refuse the delivery, because it cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately I was not home when the delivery was made so a family member accepted it. Now I’m stuck with a product I don’t want, nor am I satisfied with. I am very unhappy.

We are sorry your item was delayed, it was caught up in the Royal Mail strikes which were out of our control. You can of course return the item to us if you do not want it but you would need to pay the return postage as detailed in our Terms & Conditions. We are sorry you are unhappy with your purchase.

Delivery service is appalling. Delayed by over a week. Bed itself, drill holes in the wrong place so manually have to make our own holes to insert bed. On the whole the bed and draw are nice and good quality but I’ve had a bad experience.

Last minute Christmas order for my five grandsons. Service was amazing. Informed the order was despatched and given an hour time slot for delivery. Arrived on time and the bean bags were well packaged and very good quality. Boys are all under five years and they loved them. They also look great in the corner of the room. Can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so much.

I spoke to customer service a couple of times to request a sample of the wood, and to ask about delivery and they were so helpful on both occasions. The bunk bed we ordered is wonderful and looks great in the boys room. Thank you!

Wasn’t very impressed with the email communication which was unclear and misleading over delivery times, and items going out of stock two weeks after ordering. Service was redeemed by Stacey who gave great customer service over the phone and cleared things up.

Beds are lovely, sturdy and well made. Only issue I had was cabin bed got delivered without mattress so could not use until mattress arrived a while later when high sleeper was delivered
