Total rip off. Bed heavily scratched, missing screws, was almost an impossibility to put together due to it's poor quality. To top it off the mattress advertised to go with the bed doesn't even fit and is approx 10cm too short. Looks terrible and I am absolutely livid. Approx £500 completely wasted. I will happily actively try and put off anybody from using this rip off company.

Hi, this is probably too early to give a review but so far our order has been a bit of a disaster. We ordered 5 items, the first 2 arrived within 3 days but when we went to build one of them a part was missing. The person who helped me when I called was great and established that they thought the other 3 items had been delivered so tried to locate those missing items plus sent us a new full item that had a piece missing. We've now had two further attempts for the missing 3 items to be delivered but it seems originally they couldn't be located and then when it was the significant part (the bed) was damaged. We are still waiting to hear when we are going to get our missing items as we have a unhappy 4 year old who was very excited to be in a new bunk bed!

Don’t fit the bed the right way it should be ! I have send a email 2 weeks ago with photos and explained my frustration about the recommendation mattress for our double bed and no response yet back !!

Faulty desk with black marks on various parts. Have emailed three times with very little customer support. We have just received a bunk bed too and waiting to see if this is ok too once we open the boxes.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I waited in for a delivery- it didn't turn up. I waited in again weeks later for another delivery - it arrived incomplete. I sent many emails and complained - I was ignored. My daughter is sleeping on the floor whilst we still wait for the part to arrive. They will say 'sorry' on the phone but no consideration for the impact this has had on us.

Ordered desk on 2nd January. When assembling the desk there were several marks and some parts looked like seconds with holes that had been visibly filled and painted over. Complained about this to Room to Grow who contacted manafacturer to send parts. Parts were sent to Room to grow and since then they seem to have lost them. Communication is really poor. Have called and emailed 10-15 times. Rarely get a response. £300 spent and i don't have a usable product. The company are not prepared to refund. Would not recommend. Terrible experience.

I received my child's bed, and emailed the company the same day with the damaged panels and the full details. Still haven't recieved any items to replace the damaged pieces.

We are so sorry the panels arrived damaged and although this is a rare occurrence, we are always truly dissapointed when it does but do our utmost to resolve as quickly as possible. The bed not even lasted 6 months! It’s falling apart with cracks in few places.

Do not buy from this company. All fixings missing from the bed, which takes a week to resolve. Then when I do finally get the bed built the mattress is the wrong size. Completely incompetent

Extremely dissatisfied. Absolutely awful service. The bunk bed is not easy to assemble without electric tools. Electric tools though are not recommended. Thus be prepared for blisters as you need considerable force to get some of the screws in. The mattresses that were delivered were too short for the bed. Follow up support very poor. During the process of the order I must have called about 25 times to get information and only received useful information about twice.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. The shop was very recommended, so, I went with confidence and purchased the Bloc White Midsleeper and Highsleeper (as my children had them from another provider that unfortunately does not commercialize them anymore). We followed the instructions, but the wood is so flimsy I damaged the side when, by hand, turning the screws. It moves, creaks and shakes ... Very disappointing for such an expensive item.

Awful. Really poor communication throughout and the lady on the phone was completely disinterested and just kept saying it was in quality control. When it did finally arrive, two parts have damage and marks on them but I waited so long that I can't be bothered getting them replaced. I won't be using this company again.

Bought the Stompa UNOS 28 bed with pull-out desk, hutch and cube for my daughter's small room. We built everything except the pull-out desk, which we realized was going to be too awkward for the space. The pull-out desk is in the box, unopened. I wouldn't have minded paying for shipping to return it, as it was my error to order it. But Room to Grow will not take it back because it was "purchased as part of a set". Nobody local to me has the same bed but needs the desk, so what can I do but just bin it? Such a waste.

I would not reccomend this company, I will no longer use it myself, ordered a bed with them on pre order, had to wait almost a month after it was due to actually get my bed, was continuously back and forth trying to sort it and never seemed to get anywhere. The bed finally arrived a month late and after paying over £500 (mattress incl) for it to have scratches and paint coming off it. Had already waited long enough and could not be bothered with the hassle again. So no would not recomened and will not be using again.
