“Good, fast communication. I needed the roof rack next day on a Saturday and they quickly responded with a courier cost and despatched it to arrive Saturday morning which was perfect for our trip that day. The roof rack was well packed and relatively easy to set up.”

“The two Thule key that I ordered were delivered quickly and they work very well. The price was absolutely fine, except the postage was about £6 or £7 pounds which was excessive for such small and light items. A courier service was unnecessary -- Royal Mail could have coped.”

Hi Geraint, Thanks for the review, I totally agree that Royal Mail would be a cheaper way to send out replacement keys. Unfortunately the service currently offered by Royal Mail was causing us far to many problems with lost items and long delivery times so we have taken the decision to use our courier service until things improve at Royal Mail.
