“Very happy with the core drilling and cutting work. However, I feel that you should review your minimum call-out charges. Sometimes on site the need arises for 1no hole to be drilled. For example we required 2no additional holes to be drilled as an extra over to a contract which totalled £16.80 and took 20 minutes to complete. We were then charged £325.00 for the additional visit which was very steep to say the least.”

Hi Greg, I'm pleased to hear that you were very happy with the works completed on site and we take on board your comments about the minimum charge, if possible we do reduce our minimum rate if the operative is able to go to another job but in this instance it wasn't possible due to site inductions therefore we had to charge our minimum day rate. “All works were completed to a high standard on site, although we had a slight technical issue at the beginning which was resolved satisfactory. We have used Robore on many occasions and look forward to having them back on site in the very near future.”
