“PAID IN FULL FOR FURNITURE IN APRIL 2023 ONE PIECE NEVER ARRIVED. FULL OF PROMISES DELAYS AND LIES.REPORTED MATTER TO BANK AND THEY ARE DEALING WITH IT.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Mike Robinson , still hasn’t given me my refund , he is a Fraudster and a con man. I paid £709 thinking I was paying Robinsons Interiors but my bank have confirmed he paid the money into Mill Accessories owned by a Mrs Jayne Robinson. I have now reported him to the authorities. “I recently ordered Willis & Gambier Antoinette bedsides from Robinson's and I'm pleased to say that the overall experience was smooth and satisfactory. The ordering process was straightforward, Robinsons website provided clear product descriptions, detailed images, and dimensions, allowing me to make an informed decision. The Antoinette bedsides themselves were as expected. While the experience with Robinsons for the Willis & Gambier Antoinette bedsides was mostly positive, there was room for improvement in terms of communication. I would have appreciated more timely updates regarding the progress of my order, as it would have provided reassurance during the waiting period. Despite this minor issue, I am satisfied with my purchase from Robinsons. I would consider shopping with them again in the future.”

“Took payment of £1449 for in stock bed then made all sorts of lame excuses to delay delivery. Gave him lots of chances to correct situation but no go. Section 75 claim in process. Unfortunately I did not see the poor reviews till too late. Avoid avoid avoid. There are better bedding companies out there.”

“Ordered a chest of drawers £825 October 2022 and told it would be delivered the following week. February 2023. After numerous excuses/lies about being delivered the next week which never came I asked for a refund which was ignored. Finally I was told I would be refunded but no refund materialised. After many calls and email which are ignored or excuses/lies still no refund. Disgusting. Sadly the only option is legal action.”

“Received my dressing table today from Robinson's I only ordered this dressing table Thursday last week and I'm now a very, very, satisfied customer. I think Mr Robinson, is a really, really lovely hard working gentleman. “Spot on service, delivered at my convenience, furniture that required put together was done immediately. I bought chairs, bed and mattress ( amazing best night sleep in years !!) and dressing table and absolutely loved everything i bought.”

“After waiting over 6 months for some furniture from another supplier and having to cancel their order we placed an order for the same furniture with Robinsons. Mr Robinson personally communicated with us about availability and lead times which made us confident about receiving the goods. He was true to his words and the items were delivered two weeks later, on time and on the date agreed. On delivery day Mr Robinson communicated well and personally delivered our furniture with his wife. It was lovely to receive such a personal service from start to finish, something that is sadly lost in our fast paced digital world. Great service. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.”

“Brilliant service! Mike sourced Willis & Gambier wardrobe for my parents; delivery time and price was best I had been offered. Brilliant communication via email and phone. My parents were absolutely delighted with wardrobe and prompt and friendly delivery/service. Would highly recommend.”

“on April 2020 placed order and paid the deposit. Never received the order or the refund. Have sent around 100 follow up emails. Inconclusive and vague replies from them. Just stonewalling. Try their phone No. Nobody answers. Am starting legal action. Evade this company at any cost. don't be fooled by the ''so called positive'' reviews!Don't place order with them.”
