“We sourced three wardrobes from Robes n Rails. Paulo and Jimmy spent 3 days with us during which they identified some better practical adjustments to the layouts we had originally asked for. The four of us considered these together and collectively decided on the best option…and the outcome? 3 dazzling wardrobes and 100% customer satisfaction. Brilliant…full marks to the Robes n Rails team all round.”

“The whole experience from initial visit to showroom ( very friendly, knowledgeable staff) to completed fitted sliding wardrobe has been exceptionally good. Everything went according to plan and Paulo, the fitter, was brilliant. Beautiful attention to detail ( around coving). I am very happy and would definitely recommend this company”

“Today I’ve had a fitted wardrobe dressing table and two bedside tables fitted . Steve & Luke worked non stop today they are fantastic guys clean and tidy workers, the quality of the furniture is top rate I can’t thank you two enough your an asset to robes n rails Lincoln .Thankyou”

“Built-in wardrobe - looks wonderful. Jamie and Wayne were polite and friendly. They did a tidy and professional job. We altered the design slightly on the day too - very adaptable and knowledgeable in their trade.”

“Had 2 wardrobes fitted in the bedrooms. The staff in the showroom were very friendly and helpful. The 2 lads that fitted the wardrobes Jamie and Wayne were professional, polite and tidy workers. Excellent job done. Would highly recommend and use them again.”

“Just had fitted wardrobes in one bedroom and a hallway cupboard replaced downstairs. Could not be happier with the quality of the products. Excellent service from start to completion. Matt/Wayne/Paulo & Jarini were very professional and experienced throughout. I would definitely use this company again if the need arises.”

“Had Wardrobes fitted in my bedrooms and a under the stairs cupboard and drawers. from the beginning meeting the lovely ladies in the showroom to the end all people were wonderful and friendly. The 3 men i had to fit the wardrobes Jamie Jimmy & Matt was very polite tidy and respected my home. Would not think twice in using RobsnRails again. Top Marks.”

“We had a bedroom fitted by this company in July 2022. The service from beginning to end was excellent . The staff in the showroom , the designers and the fitters couldn't do enough to ensure we got the bedroom we wanted. there was a good choice to pick at very competitive prices. The old bedroom fittings were removed and got rid of by Matt and Jimmy and they were the same two fitters who came back to fit our new bedroom. What an excellent job they did and it only took them two days to complete. Would certainly recommend this family run company for craftsmanship , quality , professionalism and price. Thanks to everyone at robes and rails for giving us the bedroom we wanted.”

“Robes & Rails is a family business and probably the best company I have ever dealt with. From the moment you first walk through their door, everyone is always so very friendly and welcoming especially the ladies on reception. Nothing is too much trouble at Robes & Rails. Such a high standard of customer service is so rarely seen these days particularly from a company selling contemporary products. Robes & Rails main activity seems to be fitted wardrobes but they do almost any kind of fitted furniture for almost any room as can be seen when walking around their spacious showrooms which are so thoughtfully and immaculately set out that you wish you had several bedrooms, offices, etc, to put them all in! There are styles to suit every budget and all of their products ooze quality with a massive range of finishes to choose from. Understairs storage is also one of their specialities; they can turn any space into useful storage and make it look very appealing to the eye. Everything is made on the premises with the workshop and showroom in the same building. There are prior home visits to make sure everything will fit perfectly. Installation usually takes a few hours for a fitted wardrobe and is carried out to a very high standard by a skilled team of fitters who seem to be able to cope with all sorts of issues such as uneven floors, etc. I have used this company twice. My plan was to turn a largely unused bedroom into an extra lounge with home cinema/surround sound yet still be able to be use it as a bedroom for guests. The first stage was to have full width fitted mirror wardrobes at one end of the room to maximise storage and make the room appear larger. That went really well and I could not be more impressed with the outcome. After buying a sofa bed to get the lounge effect, I turned my attention to some way of storing my music box sets and other non-regulation sized albums and CDs. Nothing suitable could be found in shops or online. I talked it through with Robes & Rails who, to my delight, said they could make a free standing unit to my exact specifications. It was not a straightforward design as I wanted glass shelves in part of the structure to show off my box sets. This was not what Robes & Rails usually get asked for as my unit was to be free standing not fitted but they were still confident they could build the cabinet for me and match it to the fitted wardrobes.. The unit has now been delivered and is exactly as I requested. It looks perfect. Glass shelves are often a problem because they wobble; not these! They are rock solid! That is the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail at Robes & Rails. If you want fitted wardrobes, visit Robes & Rails. You won't find better and they cover a wide area if you don't live in Lincoln. If you want anything else making, they can probably help you as well!”

“Absolutely love the new fitted wardrobes the whole process was wonderful. The ladies who work in the shop were really helpful and friendly. Paulo and Jamie were the fitters dead friendly did an amazing job and tidied up after themselves.”

“We first used Robes and Rails about 14 years ago and we’re so pleased with them so on moving house we decided to use them again. From the moment we decided the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful from the showroom staff,Richard who designed for us, the man who did the survey to the 2 fitters Paulo and Jamie . We are very pleased with the furniture. We had sliding wardrobes and an office unit fitted.”
