“Great design, maximising my space. Wonderful support from showroom ladies. Stunningly beautiful doors and interior fittings fitted. Great attention to detail sculpting the frame around existing coving and skirtings. Provision of additional blanking plates in matching colour to cover old timber stop ends. Fantastic fitters - Jamie, Paulo and Jimmy. Very professional, helpful, extremely polite and just nice guys to talk with. Cleaned everything up afterwards and went through the warranty etc. No need to go elsewhere - strongly recommend RobesnRails for a total solution at a fair market price.”

“Pleasure to deal with a very professional local firm. After agreeing a very competiative price, the ordering and survey highlighted good customer relations throughout. THe Fitters Matt and Jamie arrived on time and after removing our old doors, fitted 3 new sliding doors. They have a genuine enthusiasm and pride in their trade which reflects in the quality of workmanship. I highly recommend robes n rails for any work of this nature.”

“Can highly recommend Robes and Rails, from the showroom staff through to the fitters Matt and Wayne, who did a super job in fitting doors, rails and surround on our damaged wardrobes. “First class experience from start to finish. From initial walk-around in the showroom, to the home visits, everyone was super helpful, friendly, and good listeners throughout. We're no interior designers and relied on their knowledge keeping us on the straight and narrow, and that they did. Couldn't have asked for better results. The fit and finish of the wardrobes was spot on, carefully crafted around our skirting boards and sealed to make them look like they were part of the house. Amazing. Paulo and Jimmy, our fitters, were top gents. From day one they were super friendly, punctual, polite, professional, clean and tidy. These guys were perfectionists and it really did show. Thank you. Happy to say we would highly recommend Robes n Rails for their service. Don't get me wrong, fitted wardrobes are not cheap by no means, but at this price point, you're buying quality that looks like it will last (10 year guarantee for peace of mind). Hope to be a customer again soon. Thank you.”

“Excellent service from all the staff from first contact to finish. Bedroom furniture that has been fitted is very well made and of good solid quality and has totally transformed my bedroom. All the fitters who came were very punctual, polite, professional and very hard working, special thanks to Matt & Wayne for all the hard work you did to make my bedroom look so great it really is appreciated. Highly recommend Robes n Rails for service, price and quality.”

“Delighted with the desk I fitted for the office. Wayne and Jaime (it wouldn’t let me spell it wrong)(aka Harold) were lovely. Both respectful of the property and a good laugh. They did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the end result. From start to finish everyone that I dealt with in the process were lovely. If that is part of the company culture then you have nailed it. Would absolutely recommend and use again. Thank you”

“It was a very seamless experience, went to the showroom, looked at the high quality displays. Arranged a home visit to discuss options and designs, agreed the price on the spot as it was good value for money. Had a site visit from fitters to ensure everything measured correctly and then the install. Paulo the installer was fantastic, very polite, very professional and kept us informed at every stage of the install. He cleaned up after himself, left the place cleaner than when he arrived. Thank you Paulo, you are the face and the last thing customers see of Robes and Rails, you represented them very well. If you are looking for quality and service, then this company do it in old fashioned bucket loads.”

“From start to finish we have had excellent service from Robes n Rails. From the initial measurements, advice on what they could provide, help from choice of color and handles from the ladies in the show room, to the wonderful workmen that came and spent 4 days in our home. No detail was overlooked either with the ordering of the various wardrobes, cupboards and chest of drawers, nor the installation. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic. Matt and Wayne were very professional and yet approachable, even accommodating us when we had a last minute change of mind! They were quiet, and very neat and tidy; vacuuuming and cleaning down everything both as they went along and as they left. I cannot speak highly enough of their service.”

“Even now, two weeks after installation, I still smile every time I look at my fitted wardrobe. It’s absolutely what I wanted and is perfect. Jamie and Wayne were lovely chaps. Polite and quiet, they got on with the job, only stopping to have a quick lunch. The job was finished in a day. I can thoroughly recommend robesnrails.”

“We are delighted with the furniture we've recently had fitted in our study. Jimmy and Paulo were polite and very professional. The stairs were protected before the work commenced and they were very tidy and courteous throughout. If there is one small niggle it's the fact that for me the desk working area could have been a little lower but apparently it's fitted to the standard height. I think it would have been nice to have been asked how high we would have liked it, a point I put to Jimmy and which he took on board. Having said that would we use Robes N Rails again? Yes definitely. Thank you guys it was a pleasure to meet you.”
