“Holly, from the Long eaton branch, since the day we met her, has been professional but also friendly, approachable and easy to contact at all times. Holly keeps in touch regularly and is informative with any questions we throw at her about the process we’re going through. “I found the staff at the Long Eaton Branch of Robert Ellis very helpful. My main point of contact was Joely who was very good at finding out information from the sellers when I asked for additional information and was very reassuring when my buyer was delaying things and I was concerned that my sellers might lose patience and put the house back on the market. Buying and selling is a stressful business but Joely was calm and professional and I appreciated that.”
