“Beth was a great help with buying our first home. We didn’t have the easiest of purchases, though no fault of Robert Ellis, and Beth kept in touch throughout the whole process and was always happy to help. “We were incredibly lucky to have 3 houses in the sale all sold through Robert Ellis. It was so easy working with Robert Ellis, from the first visit/photographs to the sale of our house. Marketing was outstanding and we sold in a day. Our agent, Joely Golding was so helpful. She kept us informed all the way and also phoned around the other branches to speak to the other agents to get things moving with their clients. When there were hold ups, having a quick chat to her always cheered me up especially as I knew she would work extremely hard to sort it. Thank you Joely and Robert Ellis, Long Eaton.”

“Joely Golding was extremely helpful right through process from May till November and essentially managing a 10 vendor chain from top to bottom. She split the chain with our vendor enabling two separate completion dates meaning monies were transferred prior to our completion enabling a swift moving day, like no other!”

“It is difficult to know which estate agent to choose when selling your house but we are so pleased we went with Robert Ellis. Lauren assessed the property and made the process extremely simple when giving us a quote and valuation. She was also confident that we would sell the property and explained the target market. The property was photographed and listed within days with the team taking some fantastic photos. The updates and regular contact from Megan was also great, she was very helpful and attentive with any queries and support we needed. Someone that really understands their customers needs and requirements. I would definitely choose Robert Ellis again and have recommended to all family and friends. Thank you Lauren and Megan for your making the process for comforting. 5 well deserved stars.”

“Well what can I say..from day one when Nathan came round and advised the renovations we needed to do so we could get it on the market up until exchange they've been brilliant. Throughout the whole process Beth has been supportive and on the ball. Selling a house and buying another is a very stressful time but everyone at Robert Ellis were very reassuring, approachable at all times and just made you feel comfortable it was going in the right direction. Good news is our house sold in 1 week with completion within ~3months. So happy. Thank you to the team and would highly recommend.”

“Holly at Robert Ellis Long Eaton dealt with the sale of my property in a very professional manner from the beginning. The buyer was rather 'difficult' at times, but this did not faze Holly. Her confident manner meant that she was with me every step of the way, and was always available to answer questions and provide speedy and helpful responses. “From the Off the staff in Long Eaton Office were polite, efficient and friendly. Holly and Joely was my main point of contact, they were approachable and always came back to us quickly. When the sale went wobbly they saved the day snd remained calm in the process. Thanks to both Ladies, i would not hesitate to recommend Robert Ellis in the Future.”
