“I was delighted with the service I received from everyone at Robert Ellis in Stapleford. Nathan Henshaw knew exactly how to market my house, and at what price, which was achieved within two weeks, during which time I was pleased to have at least seven different viewings of my property. All the young women who answered the phone in the Stapleford office were unfailingly helpful, friendly and eager to please. Claire Greensmith worked really hard during the last couple of weeks before my Exchange and Completion (when the various solicitors involved appeared to be delaying matters) and she was invaluable at keeping me informed of what was happening when solicitors failed to contact me. I would like to thank them all for their excellent service.”

“I am very pleased with the service Robert Ellis (Stapleford) have given me on my recent house sale. All the staff were professional and efficient always with a friendly and helpful manner. Special mention for Nathan who completed the initial visits and valuation of the house and Beth with her good negotiation skills. Would use again.”

“Using Robert Ellis was a very easy and pleasant experience. They were very professional but with a warm and friendly approach. Nothing was too much. Calls were answered quickly and any requests for a call back were made and with a very quick turn around. I mainly dealt with Lauren, Megan and Sandra and I don’t have any negative comments at all. They were lovely, professional and very approachable. An all round excellent experience who I would definitely use again if needed and I will 100 percent recommend them.”

“Very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. We were always kept informed of any progress with the sale of our father’s home. Lorraine and the team researched house clearance costs, found someone to maintain the garden for us until the property was sold. They were always friendly and helpful. What an excellent estate agent! “Excellent service from Stapleford branch. All staff looked after the sale of my house but a special mention to Nathan,valuer and Beth who was amazing in dealing with a somewhat difficult buyer. Great job team. Will not hesitate to use again. Only point to make is if you want to avoid costs for recommending a conveyancer then arrange your own as this was not mentioned. Every penny counts!!”
