“Let me start off by saying that Rinaldo's deserve some kind of award for customer service. For this is journey to coffee heaven which didn't happen without a couple of speed bumps along the way. Twice my ECM Technika was damaged in transit but Jayne, the manager of Rinaldo's, was indefatigable, patiently committed and a delight to deal with, even arranging for my Technika to be delivered by personal courier, which tells you all you need to know about this company. Jayne, if you read this, your exemplary customer service, your concern, kindness and commitment to ensure complete customer satisfaction has absolutely raised the bar. A shout out to Paul, also, who's knowledge of coffee machines and their functionality is encyclopaedic and whose advice finally did bring me to coffee heaven because the ECM Technika is fully deserving of all the praise it receives. Thank you to Jac and Alice in the office, also - you smoothed the way. You know it's easy providing good feedback when things happen without any glitches but show me a company that rises to any challenge and which emerges triumphant at the end and I'll show you Rinaldo's. So, if you're considering a purchase from this company know that you'll be in the best and safest hands I've come across in over 15 years of prosumer coffee machines. Hugely, highly and very warmly recommended.”

“We called into Rinaldos to discuss a coffee machine we were proposing to buy. We were given detailed information and all our questions were answered. We picked the machine up in person a few days later. The handover was excellent, with some tuition in a light-hearted, informative way. Not only did we learn about the machine but about Rinaldos roasting and helping us to choose a coffee to our taste. All of the staff have been welcoming and friendly making you feel like an old friend returning. Most importantly the coffee is good”

“Finally pulled the trigger on my purchase of the ECM Technika Profi V after months..or was it years..of deliberation. My near 20 year old Gaggia Classic had been a great machine but the Technika is obviously next level. Beautiful build and finishing and I ended up with the Olive Wood accent version which is simply stunning. Like others, I was torn between going for the dual boiler Synchronika or the HX Technika. As I’m not churning out coffee after coffee the HX is more than adequate for my needs and although the added direct control of the brew temperature is absent, there is still way more control via the steam boiler than I am ever likely to need. Setting at 124c provides plenty of steam and a consistent stable temp for the espresso roast I use most regularly. Once I’d changed the burrs on my old workhorse grinder and dialled in the grind it was espresso heaven! There were one or two queries following delivery of the machine (which was fast) but I found Paul and Jayne were able to sort those teething problems out super quick….hugely reassuring to have such excellent customer service with such a substantial inverstment.”

Ahhh, we're always brewing up a storm! Glad to hear you like the Ethiopian, it really is a great on. We're down to our last few kilo's but we have the return of our much in demand Burundi next week and we've got a fabulous Rwanda on at the moment. Hopefully they will hit the spot too!
