Hi Tom Sorry you were dissatisfied. As we explained in our email, all of our beans are sent out within two weeks of roasting I believe the batch we sent was less than two weeks old. The coffee would still be fine to drink and not stale after a few weeks as it would be unopened. We have customers who like it really fresh and those that want to drink it after a few weeks. Sadly we can’t always know when people will drink their coffee and this has unfortunately left you disappointed which we sincerely regret. Unfortunately we aren’t always able to predict demand and supply hence why we have a rule of two weeks which is much less than a lot of other roasters (which is no criticism it’s merely our own personal policy). Sorry we weren’t able to meet your standards on this occasion.
