“I ordered various glasses as a gift. These were delivered within a day and unfortunately one glass in a box was broken. Within hours I had a reply to my email and a replacement was posted with no need to return damaged item. Customer service was fab. Would recommend use of this company.”

“Rinkit showed terrific customer care with my order. I ordered some drinking glasses from Rinkit. I made a mistake and sent them to the wrong address. Rinkit (via Evri) arranged for the glasses to be returned and sent on to me. All within a matter of a few days. The glasses are great. The value was excellent. The service and communication from the Rinkit staff was more than great. I shall certainly use Rinkit again whenever I can.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company ! Being a nervous buyer of on line products this company is now my only go to on line shopping experience and if they don't have it I would rather go without it ! Their products are exactly what they say they are and arrive well wrapped and in a timely manner. What is really reassuring is their efficiency , their kindness and the helpfulness. They recognised my anxiety and never failed me , they supported me by phone and by email and their patience was above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent products, excellent service, excellent people.”

“ordered a garden table and chairs, the table arrived cracked, contacted customer services and the issue was resolved quickly, sent out another table for it to be cracked too, rang back again and they sent the table for the THIRD time and it was still broke! Simply not good enough- maybe if they put bubble wrap on the item instead of plastic it may make delivery in one piece! Now have 3 broken tables to dispose of and chairs that aren't much use- still need to get a table. and only got a partial refund as the chairs couldn't be returned as they where no longer in their original packaging! won't be ordering again!”

“I ordered from rinkit recently and had an awful experience. Firstly my tracking number didn't work on the email they sent so was unable to see when my order would arrive. After sending an email to the customer services they said it will be with you in the next few days... this was already day 7 into there 3-5 day delivery guide. So I waited a couple of days... nothing asked again on the customer services they said it's been lost in transit.. why they didn't tell me that to begin with I don't know. They asked me if I would like a refund or a reorder, I requested a reorder and they said they would send me a confirmation email once dispatched and expect to be with me withing 3 days. No such email arrived and no parcel arrived... so had to ask yet again customer services and by this point i was getting frustrated now so asked for a refund at this point. The customer services sent me the tracking number and then the parcel arrived....... in AWFUL condition the bag was half ripped and my items were completely damaged. I have requested a refund for the shocking service but no response yet. Please do not shop here!!”

“I ordered a desk, paid and my order was canceled (№813434). I ordered one more time, and also canceled!! (813510). I wrote to support and they asked THE PURPOSE OF ORDER, what excuse me??? and than said "Shipping address is 166 km from location of IP address" but it wasn't true! I ordered in Liverpool being in Southport, which is no more than 50 km away. and then they blocked me! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!”

“I ordered a graduating coloured plant pot, and the pot is much darker than I thought it would be. I've decided to keep it and put an orchid in it, but I had to change positions because the pot wasn't bright enough for a central position in a white room.”

“Parcel arrived damaged. Receipt/return receipt torn. Wish to returns items so of which are not as described on website. No return prepaid label. Emailed customer service who phoned to say I could return items at a cost of £5.99 but only if I could print a return label and take the parcel to a Hermes store; nearest one over 10 miles away, park car, carry heavy parcel to store! Or I could arrange for a home collection at a cost of £12.00 but I would have to print out the return label and contact the courier company myself. Ludicrous service to the customer. Dreadful company and will avoid in the future.”

“I have been trying to contact Rinkit for about 9 months now with this email to multiple email address to Rinkit.com which reads: I'm still waiting on my order to arrive and it had been months so far and still nothing no help from anyone no return or no swing set I need to know where my package is thanks. Order ID - 9312 Date Added - 07/11/2021 Model # 44215com Product - Liberty II Wooden Swing Set With zero response, this has to be one of the worst websites to order from when you don't get the product or a refund I highly suggest not shopping here.”

“I'm a happy Rinkit shopper was looking for plain stemware and glasses that are dishwasher safe for my home bar they had everything i was looking for at a really good price. Items were dispatched on day of purchase and arrived quickly I'm in Perth so a week to deliver is really fast. All items I ordered were exactly as displayed online and yes I recommend them”

“There are chips, misprint of design on plates canisters lids get stuck . Odd shaped plates , not what it looks like in the pictures , be careful Before you buy I gave mine away i could not use them for guests , just Buy a couple of things before you buy up . Not for me .”

“I found Rinkit through Google looking for stemless wine glasses that I could break after enjoying some of my red wine. The order process was quick and easy so I purchased hastily only to find they had glasses closer to what really fitted my need. The deal was already done and paid for. I contacted them and explained that I made a mistake and they promptly and happily cancelled my order and refunded my money7 same day and said happy to deal with you again when you work out exactly what you want. God service and no condescending comments. I happily re ordered twice the original quantity today. Good to deal with and I am a happy shopper Phill. Kings Park NSW”
