“A pleasant and polite person who kept me informed of the work progress at all times. On completion of instalation, he showed me how to remove the seat for cleaning and how to tighten the securing nuts. He left the bathroom clean and tidy on completion.”

“Very helpful, friendly chap who put me at ease straight away. He got to work and sorted out the problem with my door quickly and very professionally. I even asked him to open a very difficult jar of beetroot for me and he did so, no problem!! Many thanks”

“Baraka Ali did a very good job. He determinedly rectified a manufacturing fault on my replacement heating element. He did not complain at the excessive heat in my bathroom (due to my being unable to open the window). He explained each aspect of the operation very clearly.”
