“Very polite and respectful of the property. Left everything clean and tidy. Kept me informed with the progress of the job. A quick response after my initial phone call. I was impressed that the job was paused after the first visit and was completed within the hour on the second visit. I would definitely use this company again.”

“Can’t emphasize enough how pleased I was with the job. Engineer was very friendly and professional. Initially thought the wall would need to be broken into to fix the issue, due to it being tucked away, but he came up with a way to fix it without damage to the external wall or tiles saving me money re-plastering it. Any other plumbing work I will definitely be using this service again . Thanks”

“My engineer was very thorough and polite, he kept me in the loop on each step he was completing and helped me understand what points I can check if an error occurs. He was very punctual both times he was here and well prepared for the job. Both him and the company called to tell me he couldn't come in one day and I valued that a lot. I would hire the company again and I would recommend to other house owners”

“I called rightio at 12.30 and got a call back almost immediately to say engineer was 20mins away!. Craig arrived and fixed our gas leak quickly and also capped off the gas to an old cooker for removal. Craig was a real character, an absolute gentelman and very efficient. 10 out of 10 for the call centre and engineer.”

“Rightio kept me informed all the way as to when the plumber would arrive which he did at the time slot stated. Darren was very pleasant and friendly and did the work quickly and efficiently. I have used Rightio before and cannot praise them highly enough. Local plumbers are so difficult to find but Rightio can and do come out the same day and do a great job of work. Thank you for your help. I recommend Rightio to anyone.”

“The communication after the job was booked was excellent and the engineer turned up within the half hour window you stated. The engineer took time to explain the cause of the leak and then fixed it, and also spotted another potential issue and offered to replace another part to prevent it getting worse.”

“A purely chance internet meeting. Very impressed with the service -- clear and concise from the first call. Your engineer was a most delightful young man .He showed his identity card before entering the house and was so efficient and personable. Got on with the work and showed me what had gone wrong. and advised me that my shower was of an age that most likely a replacement might be necessary sometime. As it is it works better than any modern one. He introduced me to your Care Club and left me a leaflet which I will peruse. He said he hadn't been with you for very long -- hang on to him- he is an asset to your company. Thank you.”

“Locksmith Raymond Muir arrived promptly and got on with the job he was chatty and talked me through the job putting me at ease. He had the replacement lock in his van and had it fitted quickly,after testing inside and outside the job was done. More than happy with Rightio and will recommend them to family and friends. “I Rang late on a Friday afternoon & was told an engineer was available to come out to my property in an emergency as I had burst pipe & when the engineer arrived he was very knowledgeable & put my mind at rest over the emergency & put in a new pipe.he even carried out work in dark of early the Evening Im a lady living on my own & I Felt safe while he was carrying out the work.”

“Hamid arrived within an hour of the initial phone call (even though it wasn’t an emergency call) and fixed the problem with our boiler system within 20 minutes, being courteous and polite at all times. Would highly recommend.”
