“A lovely respectful young man called Daniel arrived about an hour after we called Rightio. He had a look at the shower and found the problem quiet quickly he did what needed to be done as it was an airlock in tbe system. Showed me what to do if it happens again. We are so grateful to Rightio as it took me 3 days to find a plumber to come out and look at the problem the word digital put plumbers off so thank you Rightio and thank you so much Daniel will definitely use you again and recommend you to family and friends”

“My large radiator in the kitchen hadn't worked at all for over two years. It was blocked by a previous plumber who did a bad job, the rest of the radiator were then barely warm, . I've had two other plumbers who have tried to fix the problem but couldn't. My Rightio plumber was determined to fix the problem. He endlessly worked getting to the route of the problem. After tracing the blockage back he fixed not only the kitchen radiator but all the radiators. They all work brilliantly now! I can't praise him enough for working out the problem, fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with his work, he was also friendly, courteous and told me and showed me throughout what he was doing. Sandra Marshall”

“As usual Rightio has done a fantastic job. Leaking cistern was fixed in no time. Craig was very pleasant and chatted while sorting the problem. The problem was fixed on the same day as I contacted Rightio. I would recommend Rightio to anyone faced with a plumbing issue. Thank again.”

“Very polite and respectful of the property. Left everything clean and tidy. Kept me informed with the progress of the job. A quick response after my initial phone call. “Can’t emphasize enough how pleased I was with the job. Engineer was very friendly and professional. Initially thought the wall would need to be broken into to fix the issue, due to it being tucked away, but he came up with a way to fix it without damage to the external wall or tiles saving me money re-plastering it. Any other plumbing work I will definitely be using this service again . Thanks”

“My engineer was very thorough and polite, he kept me in the loop on each step he was completing and helped me understand what points I can check if an error occurs. He was very punctual both times he was here and well prepared for the job. Both him and the company called to tell me he couldn't come in one day and I valued that a lot. I would hire the company again and I would recommend to other house owners”
