“Plumber Norris not only turned up when he said he was going to(!) but also called when he was on his way. Not the cheapest, but so far I'm happy. Will continue to use their services as long as they are good =)”

“The engineer was great and managed to fix my boiler really quickly. The call handler said we could have an engineer on the Sunday but once the credit card details were taken I then had a call back to say the engineer would not be available until Monday. I'm hoping that I don't now get charged the Sunday rate...”

We do however take credit card details from our customers first, before we place bookings with our engineers to ensure our engineers do not have to worry about payment details. We then provide customers with a call - back when we have ensured our engineer availability. On this particular occasion, you have been charged the Sunday rate for which I do apologise. You will shortly receive a call from our customer excellence department to be issued with the refund difference. “Call and set up was easy; pricing was upfront. We were phoned to say the engineer was on his way and he turned up on time. The work was done well and quickly and we are very happy with the results. Mohammed was very professional.”

“Very good and quick service. No electric, problem with motherboard, burnt out. Found these on trustpilot. Rang at 9.35am spoke to a lady who was very helpful, friendly and not pushy. She advised on price beforehand and explained we would get a call back with an electrian time within 30min. 15min later received a call advising of time would arrive. Electrician rang about 30min before arrival. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. By 11.50am job complete and electric running fully. Very impressed and happy.”

“The bath hot tap had been leaking badly and the waste pipe was leaking before the Rightio plumber arrived. When he left all had been corrected and the job was left neat and tidy.”

“Had a leak under the bath, turned out to be the washers , so replaced them and popped some sealant round the mixer tap ...plumber was on time, polite and actually local ..£1 ! Cant complain about that, as it could of been alot worse ....”
