“Made my first visit to Rifleman Firearms today and was very impressed. I was made to feel welcome, spent an hour on the range getting some practice and had a look around the impressive shop. I will be back for sure!”

“Two old codgers looking for something to get us out and about we both have done shooting in the past thought give this a try showed up as you do not knowing what to expect walked in to the shop explained the situation had a look as you do greeted with a smile and a coffee looked at the range thought this ok lets go for it tried it out came away with good intent .Went back I purchased a BSA ultra se 22 cal got it back home the Duchess blagged the gun for herself we are talking a disabled lady in her 80 year so i had to get a gun for myself a BSA ultra xl the club which we have joined now is a great place to unwind and enjoy the staff are exceptional and always pleased to see you a great place to be forget your disability and try this you will be overwhelmed what you can do set your self your own goal at your own time if you have any problem just call a member of the staff they will sort it for you I dont think you will get better go into the website and look at the range etc or take a ride out to the range and shop talk to Ian or Matt they will help you all the way this something you can do go for it many thanks to all the staff at the Rifleman regards Coral and Bern”

“My wife and I have purchased two different springer air rifles over the last month. Excellent shop with good choice in air rifles and optics - the bit we were interested in. However it is a big shop with plenty of other types of rifles, shot guns and stuff. Friendly knowledgeable staff who spend time helping you out with your purchases and setting up your rifles. Excellent outdoor range to try out your purchases. Coffee is good too. We will definitely be going back to the range and the shop will be my first port of call for any further purchases. Fully recommend.”

“I visited on Saturday 19th August, arriving as they were opening up. From the first moment to the last when I left, I was and I still am deeply impressed by the friendly, professional and very knowledgable staff. Every staff member helped me that day and we had a good laugh along the way not only with me but all customers present. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I drove over an hour to go to this shop and I would do it again in a heartbeat, hopefully that should indicate how good they are. This is the best gun shop that I have been in the UK, top quality products and an excellent air rifle range on site as well. Thanks guys!”

“After leaving an air rifle in for repair and service I had no contact from them for over 2 months prompting a personal visit to check on the progress. After waiting over 10 mins whist a member of staff went to "find " my gun he returned to inform it was done and ready for me. On breaking the barrel it was immediately apparent that the seal had not been changed despite asking for the gun to be serviced. Leaving it with them for the work to be carried out properly with the assurance it would be ready in a fortnight, after a month I was told it would not be possible for any cosmetic work to be carried out due to the gunsmith being sick for the past 3 weeks. On collection the seal had still not been changed but quite clearly they were not in the least bit interested in rectifying this. No breakdown of parts or labour for work carried, just a flat fee. Very disappointed in the service and attitude especially as the owner stood listening to the conversation with a member of staff and just ignored it completely leaving his staff to deal with me instead of stepping forward and taking ownership of his companies shortcomings. Poor show leaving employee to take the flak.”

“I am so impressed with shop & range. I bought a air rifle three weeks ago but was not happy with the accuracy & fitting so came back today. Had rifle tested & yes not the best so had a chat with the boss & he had no problem with giving me a credit note on another rifle yes it was more money but he could have said tough to late to bring it back. In my book they are all gentlemen & scholars I can't say enough how brilliant they all are and how brilliant the shop & range is so thank you all so much. Go & see for yourself you will not be disappointed at all. Well worth my 1 hour drive to get there. So so happy with whole set up and can only see it getting bigger & if possible better 😁 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

“Bought my weihrauch hw97k from here and had it delivered to my local RFD. The delivery was speedy, the rifle is outstanding, and riflemans customer service has been genuinely outstanding from start to finish. If there was an option to give ten stars, I would still give them eleven!”
