“Excellent aftersales service from Ride & Glide using their online ordering platform. Products recieved next day without additional next day charges. I was expecting to wait a few days for delivery after encountering a puncture for a replacement tyre & innertube on my Scooter”

“Really great customer service. I ordered the wrong item so emailed to have it exchanged. I needed the item urgently as I was leaving the country so the customer care person made an effort to send it immediately. I returned the wrong item on Thursday by post and had the replacement on Friday via DHL, as well as a refund for the price difference. Thank you!”

“Very helpful guys. Bike was packaged well and arrived speedy as promised. The condition of bike arrived as described as it was a customer bike the company resold. I hope I never need help /warranty but I feel confident they would stand by supporting their customer. Many thanks guys.”

“I bought an ex-display model of Onewheel Plus from Ride + Glide. It arrived fast and in a great condition. Also, Ride+ Glide offer a warranty on their pre-owned products which helps. My experience has been excellent, I would gladly buy again! Hope there are more pre-owned Onewheels coming to stock!”

“I bought 2 x bondi elements recently, i have also had 2 x kingsong s18s and a one wheel off this company in the past, i cant speak any higher of them, there keen to help and flexible, also a word on the bondi element, there GREAT! stable and you can kick them to,i can manage about 30 miles and im about 14 stone, with medium speed, they freewheel easily so although ne regen, you can freewheel at least 1/2 the distance you power..”
