“This is the first I'm using Ride+Glide website to purchase a set of brake pads for my Zooz Urban Ultralight 750. The delivery standard method was swift that within 2 days I received the item. But instead two pairs of brake pads I received only one pair. A quick phone call to their customer service and I was advised that the other pair is on its way. I got them already and I am satisfied with the outcome.”

“Incredible customer support, went down to Worthing to try out the one wheel gt and pint and was met with a very supportive environment which helped me make my decision for purchasing. Out of all the one wheel UK dealers, ride and glide is the best. If your thinking about buying a one wheel in the UK, ride and glide is the best choice. Will be purchasing future products from them. :)”

“Really great customer service. I ordered the wrong item so emailed to have it exchanged. I needed the item urgently as I was leaving the country so the customer care person made an effort to send it immediately. I returned the wrong item on Thursday by post and had the replacement on Friday via DHL, as well as a refund for the price difference. Thank you!”

“Very helpful guys. Bike was packaged well and arrived speedy as promised. The condition of bike arrived as described as it was a customer bike the company resold. I hope I never need help /warranty but I feel confident they would stand by supporting their customer. Many thanks guys.”
