“Excellent service from start to finish. From our surveyor - Mark Kerr, to the guys that did the work - Neil Ferris and Davie Shepherd, the team were fantastic. Neil and Davie worked non-stop and completed the work to a high standard. They were very respectful of our property and always had time to discuss the work and answer any questions we had. The plasterer Jimmy was also excellent. He completed the work quickly to an extremely high standard.”

“We had worked carried out on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd . Both men were very efficient . John the plasterer was here Monday and today . He was also very good and made sure everything was tidy before he left .”

“An excellent job from start to finish. Great service from Melvin work started promptly on the agreed date. The technicians were polite and worked really hard to make sure that the job was carried out very efficiently thanks particularly to the efforts of Stewart Michael and Lewis. Site was tidied up and left clean every night. Finally the plasterer who really put the finishing touch to the work. All coordinated by Daren and involved three different contractors. Thank you all a really good job. Price , quite high but was of high quality and hassle free, worth it absolutely. Thanks all who were involved.”

“Highly recommend!! Tarbolton. Very happy with a job well done!! Turned up on time. Repair to dampness on back wall of kitchen. The guys ( David Armstrong, Jordan Reid and Josh Jones) properly prepared all the kitchen with dust coverings/protection and got on with the job. Pleasant and very helpful with David explaining what the job entailed and how they would go about it. When the job was finished they tidied and cleaned up the kitchen to a really good standard, considering there was a lot of dust etc with the work carried out. Fortunately, David's work is way, way better than his singing, haha ;-)”

“Craig Davidson A surveyor with Richardson & Starling came to my ground floor flat to investigate internal dampness on our bedroom wall, which after his good advise was fixed. While there Craig went outside and examined the external wall and recommended that the vegetation which was growing against the wall be removed as it could be causing moisture retention on the wall. When we had it removed a down pipe from the gutters, hidden at lower level by the vegetation, was found to be open and soaking the wall. We have had the pipe refitted and the wall is now drying out, thanks to Craig’s advice. Well done Richard Starling.”

Michalene was our first point of contact & she gave the advice we needed to proceed & arranged everything. Allan Brown, our surveyor, was approachable, professional & informative. Property purchase completed the work Allan had identified was quickly underway. The guys were swift, professional & tidy & Michalene ensured the guarantee for the work was sent promptly. “Just had the first part of the damp proofing done by Colin J and Mark B. Very pleased, turned up on time and did a nice neat job despite walls being off the plumb. Pleasantly surprised how clean the room was left. Plasterer is due tomorrow hopefully he will be as good.”
