“Dan, Edward and Clinton managed the transition from end of tenancy to sale in a professional and courteous manner, with the added bonus of achieving the asking price. There were the usual niggles from the buyer's side towards exchange, but all communications were carried out in a swift manner to a successful conclusion. I would recommend Saunders to anyone considering a sale of their property and in fact, have already done so!”

“We recently sold our house through Richard Saunders and Co and we would rate them extremely highly - they were brilliant from start to finish. In the pre-sale, the photo quality and write-up were excellent (we only realised just how good when we were looking to buy on other sites and saw what poor quality many other agents have!). Edward was the main contact (but thank you also to all the other team members). He kept us updated and informed at all stages. He dealt with all queries professionally and very knowledgeably - his vast experience shone through. The after-exchange and after-completion service were also excellent. We would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying/selling. We would certainly use them again. Thank you very much.”

“We had nothing but the best intentions from the moment we came to view this property which had been on the market for over two years in a most dilapidated state, and despite this we did not feel welcomed as buyers by RS from the first viewing, and felt that throughout the sale process we were more of a burden than anything else to both RS as well as the owners who sold us the property. One positive thing we can say is that RS went above and beyond to get the sale through despite dealing with incredibly difficult owners who where wholly disorganised, misrepresented a great deal of important info which we are still dealing with as new buyers, as well as left the place in a total state when we arrived. It was very disappointing to have this purchasing experience which only compounded the stress of moving.”
