“We contacted Richard Nelson LLP in Summer of 2022 to assist us with dealings we were having with the SRA. We spoke to Steve Roberts and from the outset he was knowledgeable, efficient and very understanding. He introduced us to two people from Blue Sky Accounts, James and Sarah who were very on the ball and Mr Roberts took over all correspondence with the SRA which took the pressure off our firm. “I met Sajib Hosen and his Hana when was going through a difficult time. My daughter had been refused her student dependent visa and I had already gotten a successful AR. The home office came with a bucket list of questions during the re-consideration and I knew I needed a professional take on it. “I started my visa journey on the wrong route of EUSS. This was refused for obvious reasons. Both myself and husband became conscious of whom to use again. However after speaking to Rita Kotecha, we were amazed with her level of professionalism, knowledge, sincerely and empathy. I had a pleasant experience working with her. “I had a character and suitability issue and Steve Roberts was my Solicitor dealing with my admission application to SRA. Steve dealt with the matter so professionally and with such expertise from beginning to end that I always felt assured to be on safe and expert hand. His guidance, directions and advice were just perfect and professionally sound and I got admitted as a solicitor straightway without needing to go for review or appeal. He has deep knowledge and experience of dealing with SRA matters and he knows very well what SRA looks for in regulatory matters. At times, I felt a bit disappointed in the process when Steve encouraged me to be hopeful. In a word, Steve was excellent as my representative and I would highly recommend him for any kind of regulatory and disciplinary matters with SRA.”
