“We like to thank Rita Kotecha for dealing with our immigration cases very efficiently and with great patience, looking into every trivial detail and thereby achieving success in both the applications, and getting a quick decision. Every step was executed by Rita, until all the details including getting appointment times and payments were done, thereby leaving us with peace of mind. Whenever any communication was required, Rita was always available and returned all our calls promptly, guiding us at all steps. “Words cannot express how grateful I am for Richard Nelson LLP. I came to them while i was under a desperate situation and had no knowledge of the legal procedures. From the 1st email enquiry to the trial, Jacqui Callan's team where nothing but supportive, and very professional. I had consistent and updates and always great communication from the team. Mr Gibbs made time to answer any question I and my family had, I felt Megan was so approachable and we could tell we were in great hands. I always felt included in meetings and felt confident in the representation that was given to me. The team saved me from the worst experience of my life after being falsely and maliciously accused of a crime. The team worked hard during the criminal trial. I also experience working with Victoria regarding my professional body. Victoria was very quick and efficient in her responses. She was always there to explain procedures, reassure me and also cared about my general well being. “Dealing with an allegation was a very difficult for me, I didn’t know what to do or how to manage a tough situation. I shopped around and spoke to various law firms and I had an overriding feeling that many of them viewed my predicament as an opportunity for them to make money. I found Richard Nelson and from the first moment I spoke to Jacqui Callan I knew they were the right law firm. Jacqui was brilliant, she explained everything to me and never focused on fee’s instead trying to understand my case and making me feel at ease. Jacqui and her team have been amazing throughout my case which dragged on for three years, they are polite, very professional and prompt in all communications, they are patient and extremely helpful. My barrister Phil Gibbs was so brilliant he left nothing to chance and was instrumental in me having a successful outcome. “I've recently been granted my indefinate leave to remain in UK. And all thank you to my case handler Malcolm Hachemi at Richard Nelson LLP. He helped me prepared my settlement application, booked my biometric appointment within weeks and make sure I had all the requirement informations. His communication skill is commendable. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. He will respond to email went ever you need him and I will forever be greatful. “I first made contact with Richard Nelson via a google research. My specialty is swimming Instructor. After searching through many DBS specialists I came across Richard Nelson, thankfully! Their reviews from past clients and speaking to the administrator over the phone made my decision to use them as my representation I was appointed Mark who from start to finish was professional, down to earth and most of all reassuring with what the process entails and how we were going to respond. The all process was completed in a timely and organised manner by Mark allowing plenty time to process, amend then submit the application I really can’t thank Richard Nelson as a company and most importantly Mark as my assigned DBS specialist solicitor Highly recommended!”

“I had a great experience with Sajib Hosen and his assistant Hana from Richard Nelson LLP. They helped me get my graduate visa when I was initially not eligible due to a resit during my course duration. Sajib and Hana were very professional and efficient. They explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and were always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. They were very friendly and approachable which made me very comfortable during the entire application time because my English was not good and I didn’t know how to talk. “After much research into firms who dealt with SRA regulatory matters, Richard Nelson LLP offered the most advice and reassurance from the off. Following a lengthy initial consultation with Steve Roberts free of charge, I felt under no obligation to instruct but Steve was happy to offer initial advice. It was an easy decision to instruct Steve and after 10 years of attempting to deal with the SRA myself, thanks to Steve and Shannon I am now succesfully on the path to admission to the roll. Shannon Keenan who assisted on my case was thorough and extremely helpful throughout. Combined Steven and Shannon offer a way for solicitors and legal professionals the clear and precise route that needs to be taken. “I am very grateful to my daughter for finding me these excellent solicitors. When my case was raised with the NMC I was very upset, shocked , angry and depressed in roughly that order. But when Richard Nelson & his team started handling my case I felt like I was with family. For 3 years it dragged on but they were there every bit of the way, advising,shepherding me,encouraging.
