“I ordered a 36" digging bucket for a kubota u35-4 excavator. The price was great, shipped the same day and had it within 4 days! That in itself is great customer service. One of the teeth had a manufacturing defect and broke almost immediately upon use (those things sometimes happen). The remaining teeth have been fine. Contacted customer service, they answered fast, pulled up my account and sent me replacement teeth for free because of the circumstances. I have had a wonderful experience with them and plan to buy from this company again!”

“Correct product description. Measurements are precise. Offered in standard as well as metric. Splendid service. Ole dude sourced what I needed over the phone. Brutal fast delivery. Ordered late Friday central time. Shipped Monday AM, had the bucket Wednesday morning. They ship that thing from Engaland, delivered to Florida. Will throw more bones in the future.”

“I ordered a riddle rake for my excavator online. I was able to select my machine make/model online and pay easily. The attachment showed up in about 4 days and fits perfectly. That was a very easy experience and the build quality appears very good. I wanted to to clean cat tails out of my pond and it works perfectly.”

“Everyone at Rhinox is great! The sales department was able to find buckets that fit our Chinese mini excavator. The buckets are much better quality than even the "Green and Orange" branded ones at a much more appropriate price and a much better warranty!”

“Rhinox has provided game changing technology for my excavator (Bobcat e20). The quick coupler makes bucket changes 30 seconds or less even with a thumb, where pin-on bucket was 20 minutes at least without a thumb and lots of frustration (and choice words too). Changing a bucket by changing the pins is a no go for me and I did it a couple times when renting before buying and was not going to buy the e20 if I had to do that, since I change buckets at least a couple times most days I use the excavator. I came across Rhinox and the manual Rhinox coupler and quickly bought the e20 and ordered a Rhinox coupler and I have never looked back. I've actually purchased the quick coupler and 7 Rhinox implements now (digging buckets, ditching bucket, ripper, riddle bucket and trenching bucket) and Rhinox is my go-to for Bobcat e20 implements and will likely be my go-to for any future excavators I purchase. I wish Rhinox offered an auger too, since I'd buy that from them. The quality and durability of all the products is great. The ditching bucket is what I use the most and I've worn rounded edges on the cutting edge, but the rest of the bucket looks like the day I bought it (tough as nails). My last order for a trenching bucket took a couple months, where the website did say it was not in stock and could take 5-8 weeks. Other than that, the rest of my orders were in stock and it took Rhinox less than a week to ship the buckets from the UK to the US which is amazing.”
