“great customer service. There was an error on shipment that was caught quickly and promptly addressed. Our bucket was delivered quickly so that our business had a short time of waiting for the new bucket to be used an a job. Quality of bucket is excellent.”

“I purchased a 9" bucket for my Bobcat E35. I arrived quickly and so fars appears to be a very good quality, well-built product. I had a customer service question that arose which was handled quickly and professionally. Rhinox will be on the top of my list when I shop for my next accessory or replacement part.”

“I order all my e20 buckets from here. I was ordering from the Uk and spoke to warren several times, he has always made evrything smooth and i have aleays had great customer service. I would only recommend Rhinox for all your needs. I also orederd my quick release and they made the pin excatly as i needed.”

“wasnt to sure about the company being its from over seas but to my surprise they where great actualy fed-ex lost half my parts and they where able to get me another order out right away to me in a timely fasion i couldnt be happier with the srvce and the parts thank you again”

“I spoke with Rhinox for advice on which attachments would fit the particular machine I was going to use them on. We quickly narrowed it down to the two items I needed and placed the order. We ran into shipping and inventory issues initially but they were communicative while working through the issues and ultimately delivered two well-made attachments. Five stars for quick communication and follow-through when things get off-track.”

“I ordered a bucket for my Kabota mini trackhoe. Couldn't get there tracking app to work. So called customer service after a few days. Fed X lost it in route. They promptly sent another. It arrived relatively soon. They also said that they were in the process of changing their tracking system. They have some of the best customer service that I have ever dealt with. The bucket that I ordered fit perfectly and seems tobe of excellent quality.”
