“absolute appalling just about to instruct solicitors after being sold a product that is not fit for purpose for a roof-no flashing kits supplied staff rude / unhelpful and much the same as reviews below will be pursuing damages via the legal system”

“Used these guys for a while but wont use them again. Staff rude and unhelpful- the order came several weeks late- with missing items- staff make things difficult to resolve. As the other bad reviews confirm, some of the staff need to be retrained in how to deal with a customer. Theyve just lost another 20k worth of orders. Muppets.”

“Very poor quality sheets, Plastic coating peeled off after 2/3 years, and not because we cut them, sent photo graph's to Rhino's complaining to no avail”

“Good quality metal roofing sheets, however my delivery was 1 sheet short which I had paid for but was never replaced. (Yes I signed for it but didn’t count them) Guy on the phone told me twice he’d ring back after speaking to someone else but he never did, basically said I was lying even though the sheet was only £27 and I’d spent over £500 on the order.Half the fixings are the wrong size, I’ve not bothered telling them this as they don’t care once they’ve delivered it, so I’ve ordered some from a different company (out of pocket again) 😡”

“Box metal roofing ordered with a mistake on both our parts but Luke at Rhino resolved free of charge. Delivery was as promised and quality was very good. Would definitely purchase here again.”
