“The Retirement Desk and Kay, in particular, were wonderful. Kay guided me through the whole process seamlessly, from our first telephone call until my new plan was in place and my tax free lump sum was in my bank. I was kept fully informed at every step with regular telephone calls and confirmation emails, which actually surprised me, as I really didn’t expect so much attention to my case. All in all, I’ve had a fantastic service, so thank you to all involved.”
