“Kay was excellent in dealing with setting up my pension transfer. I think that the previous provider put many obstacles in the way but Kay was having none of it. Well done Kay!”

“The service and support that I received from Kay were exceptional. She handled the transfer of my private and work pensions into a drawdown policy with the company providing the best returns efficiently and professionally and keeping me informed of its progress every week. This was a lengthy and frustrating process, as the work pension department was not as efficient in transferring the funds, putting paperwork obstacles in the way, which took a simple task months and months. In the end, we got there and I cannot thank Kay enough for the time and patience she put into getting me my pension funds sorted. I would recommend The Retirement Desk with no hesitation.”

“As Annuity's are at a reasonable high levels, I thought it would be wise to utilise my savings. Guaranteeing an income for life. I looked and enquired for a couple of weeks without any success. So many Insurance companies no longer provide a Purchased Life Annuity. I had given up when I received a call from Kay Martin of The Retirement Desk. Their help and assistance was clear , concise and a annuity quote was obtained in a very short time. I am very pleased with the outcome, feeling more secure for my financial security. “Kay was exceptional right from my initial phone call, I was phoned back in under 30 minutes of placing my call. I explained what I wanted to do and she was right there with advice and no pushiness toward certain companies. Kay was brilliant, kept to her word, she rang me every week or so to update the progress of my fund. In this day and age, it is very hard to customer service like this. Thank you Kay your a star x”

“The time had arrived for me to renew my fixed term annuity. After searching online i received a call from Kayat The Retirement Desk,We had a chat to establish what it was that i needed. “Chose the retirement desk to get the best from my two pensions and thank god I did. Excellent service, can't praise them enough for having to deal with one well-known company that acted intolerably. “I was having difficulty getting information from my pension provider on retiring, even though I knew roughly what I wanted to do. I was put in touch with the retirement desk and spoke to Kay who immediately listened and got me some quotes and methods for how I could take my pensions. Once I had decided the paperwork was there the next day she dealt with everything and kept me informed at least once a week by phone. this all happened very quickly thank you, Kay.”
