“I found the retirement desk by searching the internet. I was looking for advice on a self funded Annuity and gave them a call. The advisor , Kay, explained everything in plain english, and in a matter of days I had received quotes from the companies offering the best deals. I decided to proceed and the whole process was completed in an efficient and friendly manner, and during this time I was encouraged to call and discuss any worries or questions I had. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“I had another great experience using the Retirement Desk to help me with my pension investment planning. I have used them before and was very happy with the service and I was really appreciative of Lisa reminding me early to start thinking and next steps and reinvestment. Lisa gave me some good options to consider and I was able to make a decision quite quickly. Once the process started moving forward Lisa was excellent at keeping me informed on progress and indeed chasing another company who were not keeping pace! I was grateful for all of this and feel that Lisa made quite a positive difference to my experience by taking me through the application and set up procedure very thoroughly. I will certainly consider using the service again when the time comes.”
