“I will not use them again,they charge me £120 for waste of journey because driver couldn’t ring the bell because was client car parked next to the skip,(driver didn’t bother to get out of car)just drove off,and the team works in office all told me we gone look cctv and if driver didn’t ring the bell we refund you ,after they check and I was right they said we can’t refund you because of our policy,not prefsional behaviour”

“This has to be the best skip company I have come across in London. Staff very polite and helpful. Skip came within hours of ordering driver was very co-operative as unloading area was tight but he dropped skip and helped to push into place. Have used 3 times this week and had great service everytime. Would highly recommend.”

“Waited a week for skip to be collected. Told it would be collected between 8 and 9am 27 June. No-one came. I needed to be present to ensure the safety of parents and children arriving for activities in the church building. Called the office and was told the driver was in Wimbledon. Asked when he would actually arrive. Got diverted to voicemail. Received a call back to say the driver was in Kingston delivering at the Bentalls Centre but would arrive soon. He did. Driver friendly and helpful but why do I have chse up every time to get things done?”
