“I have ordered tea lights from but it's very difficult to find them on your website - I knew what I wanted so entered "tea lights" into the search box but it came up with everything else but tea lights. I found out in the end that I needed to enter "Bolsius." I hope that helps and I look forward to when they come back in stock.”

Thank you for this. It is genuinely helpful. We've implemented a new search facility on the website that lets you search by image for visually similar products and even by voice for mobile users, but it does have a few simple flaws and we now know that not recognising that 'tea light' and 'tealight' are actually the same thing is one of them - we're on it.

“Very helpful staff, and even though not everything I ordered was in stock, was kept informed of when it would arrive. Had one item that was damaged but there was no problem with replacing it. Will certainly recommend them and will be buying more items in the new year from them for our Village hall.”
